I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
The employees guided me in the right direction as a new rider. They taught me how the helmet needs to be tight on the cheeks. If it wasn't for them I'd have a helmet not 100% secure on my face.
Friends highly recommended it
Needed to start riding.

Great shopping experience all the part that I order was clean and well rapped, except one of the items that I order I had to return because I order the wrong size. It was the joker relocation mount.
Customer service and I had a back and forward about a return product. Customer representative was not listen to what I was telling him for further information go back and listen to the recording 5/29/24.

I purchased a large pair of gloves in store. As I tried both gloves out for the first ride. One glove was large and the other was a medium (both gloves showed a large on the label) there was no problem with returning the gloves. There were no others in the large size so they ordered the correct size for me and I was called in two days when they arrived. This was opportunity to truly experience a company and, I feel that I did. I was impressed.
It was quick and thorough and painless.
Recommendation came from a friend
I was in need of gloves.

The employees at the Tacoma Cycle Gear were amazing! I went in a few times to try on different helmets to find the right brand, size and shape. As a new rider, it was my first time buying a new helmet that was specifically for me. They were very patient with my indecision and lack of knowledge. They really knew the product and guided me to find the best one.
I liked the idea of being able to try on different helmets and ask questions about safety and fit.
I chose it because of the safety ratings and how it fit.

Have not tested the product yet.
Stop forcing me to enter more and more information. You are unnecessarily irritating your current customers to secure new customers. One day you will not have either.
Presence of brick and mortar stores.
It is a well known brand for quality.

I'm so glad I tried this on in store typically I'm an xl but apparently in Italian I'm a 3x very helpful staff even if they didn't have the color I was looking for in store.
One of the few retailers that carries quality name brands
I've become a big fan of sedici products well made and affordable for my style of riding

Went to the CycleGear website and ordered exactly what I was looking for. Product came well-packaged and was most importantly the correct item.
Previous experience.
Needed a visor for the day time. Tinted visors are also cooler lol.

I've been shopping at cycle gear for a few years now. From motorcycle accessories and parts to gear that I've needed. Now that my twins ride on stacyc's this is always my first place to shop!
I had heard about cycle gear when I first got my motorcycle back in 2014 and the first experience was great! So I’ve never stopped shopping here!
Price and shipping cost beat everyone else!

I had items already in my cart and seen a message offering 10% off when my email address is provided. A code was sent via email and it did not work at checkout. The only way to use the code was to begin shopping from the email. And building my cart again. The bot is a joke. Prefer to talk to a human. Don't make it difficult for me to spend my money.
Because it is closer to me than Philadelphia. Cycle Gear and their affiliate Revzilla has a decent amount of selection for a tall guy. At 6’ 8” choices are limited. If I need to return something Allentown is closer.

It was easy to find what I needed. The only hicup was when checking out, the page kept reloading over and over. Received the items. Like the glasses but there were two issues. One it is sort of uncomfortable on the nose area as glasses are not flexible in that area. The other is the transitioning of the glasses. During sunlight, they were not dark enough like sun glasses. Work great at night. Didn't have to carry multiple glasses in case of going from sunlight to night. The Helmet is ok. Not my style as it sits bulky. It sits super high on the head. Sizing is different as I'm an XL but had to exchange for a L helmet. Other than that I'm satisfied with the purchase
I have use Cycle Gears for years now for all my motorcycle riding gear. True to sizes and great fitment. If need to exchange, there are no issues with the exchange.

Ordered front and rear tires for my BMW R1200 GS Adv. Order was received by the store, I went in with the front room to get the tire replaced, so far so good. After 4 days of no updates (their site lays out an ETA of a day), I called them up and was told their machine damaged my rim. Thankfully just cosmetic damage, some paint is chipped and rim is scratched. Apparently their machine doesn't work with tubeless spoked rims. When I asked if/how they handle other BMW R1200s, I got told "we scratched every last one of them" (!). The store manager did say they would be more careful about letting people know upfront in the future, and they didn't charge me for the
Tire replacement, so I'm thankful for that.
I now have to find someone else to replace the rear tire. And perhaps eventually, get the front one re-anodized. Frustrating experience overall!

Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding me a good first helmet. I am excited to use it when I take the MSF Beginner course in the next couple weeks.
Friend told me about it
Good features, but more importantly a good fit on my head.

Ordered shinko 999's front and rear, shipped faster than said. And was installed quicker than stated even with a minor shipping issue( both tires were sent on different trucks same shipping and order number) Still had them on and had time to scuff them in for bikeweek daytona
Already a fan of shinko 777's. Time to try the 999 long haul. So far, 1000 miles in. Love them

Very knowledgeable staff helped me decide on best fit and function. Placed order to get the color that I wanted and it arrived very quickly. The same staff set up and attached the intercom system and on my ride following my picking up the helmet the new com system worked wonderfully.
Near by, reasonable cost, good selections
It fit my head! And my wanted attributes.

The clothing looks great and the store pickup was easy, except that there was no option for a gift receipt. So if the recipient needs a different size, or returns it for whatever reason, the clothing amount is returned to MY account. He can't even exchange or get store credit. I won't purchase a gift from there again.
It had dirt bike things.
Color and price.

The number one reason I shop at Cycle Gear is they will order inventory that they don't carry in stock, let me try it on in the store or at home and then I can return the item, in like new condition, in 90 days for a full refund. I have purchased multiple items this way and that always allows me to feel comfortable that I am buying something that is exactly right for me with no risk of a poor fit that I then end up never wearing.
Exchange policy.

I was not sure of the part number I needed. I called and spoke with Jason. Without hassle he was able to give me the right part number. When shipped there was a problem and they fixed it once again without hassle. Thanks
Proper part when called and spoke with someone.
