I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Josh helped me place my order in the store for gear I was thinking about and I joined RPM, because I have a lot more gear to purchase. All the staff were super friendly and excited to see me get new gear. I will buy all my gear at this store!
Local, someone to talk to.
Quality, reviews, and what a buddy told me to look at.

Lots of help picking equipment as a new rider. Feel like I got exactly what I was looking for or better for less than I thought I would pay.

Long story short; I saw a great jacket that was 50% off. I did the smart thing and drove to my local Cycle Gear and tried on something similar to make sure I ordered the right size.
End result is that I got the exact jacket I wanted at the right size, and I got it half off and shipped for free in 2 days. It's hard to imagine a better shopping experience.
I shop Cycle Gear cause the website is massive, with a huge selection, but there is also a local shop I can visit and, as a member, I get free shipping and great discounts.
This jacket was a perfect choice for me. I needed a more substantial jacket than the mesh one I got for riding school. This Rev'it Sand is waterproof, has two liners, is the exact color I wanted and the size I needed and it was 50% off.

I have been a regular customer and cycle gear for several years. I was moving several bikes from Arizona to Oregon and realized I was one wheel chock short with less than a week to travel date. I called cycle gear and they quickly found the product I needed and delivered it to the store a day earlier than expected. Thank you Cycle Gear Tucson.
Happy returning customer
The Pings’s wheel chock is easy to install and works great in my my trailer

I went into the actual store. It was NYE and the staff was awesome! They were not only informative and got me exactly what I needed, but they were very cool. I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Not to mention the price was great, even compared to Amazon...
Convenience
I told them my issue and they found what I needed.

Really like the center tab to raise the visor. The help that the Cycle Gear team in the Lawrenceville, GA store gave me was very much appreciated.

Fits absolutely perfect. This will be my first riding set and everything fit well.
The manager was super kind when I visited the Huntsville, AL location and convinced me to purchase online so if I needed to return anything I could bring it back to the store.
It was on sale and gotten great reviews.

Helmet fit great. Looks great and was exactly as described. Not CycleGear's problem but helmet came late via UPS. Scheduled to be delivered before Christmas and it was a day late. It's all good though. My son loves it
My brother recommended. Prices are great. Quality of products are great also

Tires received in a timely manner. But when having them installed. Store called me and informed me that they did not have the tool to install the rear tire 90deg.valve stem which they sold me. Unfortunate
Great price

I did not get an E mail with shipping notification, I called and found out it was shipped already, but that their was some UPS shipping exception, and my package was delayed, I later received a message from UPS saying they were going to be in my area and would deliver it direct, instead of Sure Post as it was initially shipped. Let me say that sure post is the worst way to ship anything! As it tuned out UPS steeped up and delivered it early. Never, ever ship anything sure post Cycle Gear! They did ship it fast, but did not E mail me any shipping notice.
He told me it was shippd and about the shipping problem
I wanted this muffler, no one else had it in stock.
Looked cool, was loud, but expensive. It sounds great.

Ordered online and tire arrived at local store within a couple of days. I took my front wheel with old tire down to the store and dropped off for mounting and balancing. I received a call the next day from the the guy at the local store and he said he was unable to break the bead and dismount my old tire. I picked up my wheel and new tire, stopped by my local independant motorcycle service shop and he was able to break the bead, dismount old tire, and mount/balance my new tire in 10 minutes. I wish I would have known my local Cycle Gear store was so inept. I could have saved myself a lot of time and costs of driving 60-70 miles back and forth to the local store by shipping directly to my house.
Wanted to try a different tread pattern to the standard Harley Dunlop tires.

I recently purchase a helmet from Cycle Gear. There was confusion from what I was given at the store and when I call Cycle Gear, but after sharing my concern, they made things right. I was really taken back with the attention to customer service.
The helmet arrived on time and in perfect condition. Look forward to ordering more in the future.
Outstanding Customer Service. I appreicate their quick response to my concern.

I was told in the store my military discount would apply to this item, and I could get it online, however when I called I was told differently. I'm not sure who is accurate but I feel Cycle Gear should have a clear policy for all to understand.

Helmet wasn't priced bad. It's a good helmet for a beginner not having to worry about wasting $500 if you happen to scratch it up.
Been shopping here for years locally
Cheap, well built, plus it was a purchase for a beginner rider

They were very helpful, I I have a 80s custom motorcycle with older mag wheels. They were able to help find a tire that fits. They also stand behind some faulty valve stems that, they replaced and even offered to put a tube in if they still fault out. Thank you

My last purchase was for a USB port to replace the jury-rigged electric connection to my handlebar accessories that I wired a while ago. The USB that I ordered was shipped immediately and arrived with no fuss or delay. Good job!

Fast process in ordering I was informed of arrival date at area store. I was informed by email when it arrived. I contacted store and learned the helmet ordered was on site. I arranged a pickup time and met with staff at store. I left my old helmet and package materials and ride home with new helmet.

The particular size tire I was seeking seems to be in short supply, but I found it at CG at one of the better prices going. The unfortunate downside is CG mounting services are only available to those with a cager to carry in the wheel. No problem. I will proudly roll my metric into the vacant lot next to the Harley garage and get that wheel off.
They had the tire I needed - free shipping
I am trying the shinko 705 as a result of a surprising number of positive reviews by like minded cheapskates in the KLR forums.

My friend advised me about the establishment.
As things become more advanced older folks need a little catching up with the times and they did just that. New technology and the different qualities of helmets were demonstrated to us. They had vast knowledge of the various types of helmets and made sure I had the correct size.

I was at the store in Sandford Fl where I was about to buy a Shoei helmet, when I was about to pay, I was told that it couldn't be changed because of I was using a virtual card! According to the lady, it couldn't be done because of store policies! I didn't take at heart, but it was a waste of time, so I told the lady I would buy the helmet online! All good online and the order experience was good and all on time. That store needs to get with new technology.

They were out of the two items that I had gone in the store for and they found a way to get both items to the store and called me when they were in.
Have done business with them for several years.
Needed a new helmet and new tire for my next trip.

I have not had a chance to wear the helmet all day yet, but so far, I love the look and it is lightweight. Everything with the purchasing and shipping process went well and was timely.
