I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Salesman knowledgeable and helpful although I wish this helmet was cheaper.

Helmet size listed as 59-60 on the website, It was 58-59 actual size marked on helmet. I need a 60, it was too tight.
Helmet was ordered as a gift. size was listed wrong and in order to get the right size had to have the gift giver get a refund and redo everything instead of being able to just exchange for the right size.

Easy to install, even with no instructions. It does cut wind noise and buffering, but it is not like my prior BMW touring bike. Understandable, and I can't say I am totally disappointed since it is better. It is just not going to turn a sports touring bike into a touring machine.

I'm a new rider and I went into CycleGear looking to get a helmet. They were very personable and pleasant. I was fitted into a helmet and the one I wanted wasn't in stock so they ordered it for me and had it delivered to my home. I received it within a few days and was astonished with how seamless the whole process was. I'll be going back for all my gear!

The helmet was nice and light weight. My only problem is with the sizing. I measured my head and looking at the chart I needed a small. The small was very tight to where I couldn't even get my glasses on. So therefore, I returned it.
I chose them because of the pricing.

My wife and I could not be happier with the Cardo Packtalk Neo! After doing some research and comparing brands, this was the best option for us. Great, loud sound, even with ear plugs and wind going through the helmet. Sound quality is great and easily heard. Talking on the phone is clear and the person on the line states it is very clear and no wind or motorcycle noise, even at 13,000 RPM!
Discount on price was better than other sites and we also got RPM points too!

For my 1st order, I bought the Alpinestars CR-X Drystar riding shoes according to the size chart and my shoe size. The shoes were too small. I had to return them at a cost of $9 and order a half-size larger. When that pair arrived, I realized I probably should have gone a full size larger, but I was not going to spend another $9 to return them. Hopefully they will stretch...
My order was a first-time one, and I received a discount code, but I forgot to use it at the time of order placement. When I found that I had to return and replace the product with a larger size, I needed to talk with customer service to apply the discount to the replacement pair.
When I went through a motorcycle safety course, Cycle Gear was recommended.
Only product that met my criteria for waterproof, shoe height, materials, and color.
