I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Ordered the wrong part online, returned to the near by store transaction took place in few minutes, refund credit was immediate! Fantastic

I called their customer service cause my helmet was stolen fed ex left the box in front of my door at 10:30am I was at work so it sat in front of my house for over 4 overs I have four shelters in a block radius and cycle gear doesn't replaced stolen packages and fed ex won't take my claim cause I'm not the shipper. So I put a claim with my credit card. When I called CG for a waiver of shipper so I can put in a claim with fed ex the customer service agent was super rude and hung the phone on me….

We had stopped into your store in Clifton Park and that was awesome. Your selection was grand. My wife found a jacket that fit but it was a little tight. So we ordered the next size up. The price was great delivery was fast, But the jacket was still not right for size, So we are returning it to the store to hopefully find something that fits.
They said we could eturn it with no issues
I heard awesome storys from other bikers about going there.

I had a helmet shipped to the Lynwood store, and when I went to pick it up, they happily installed my visor and pinlock that I had gotten elsewhere (because CG was out at the time), and also installed my new Cardo system at the same time.
They have a bricks and mortar store as well as online ordering. Plus the price was the best.
I like Arai helmets.

My windshield arrive on time. The only problem was the apace adaptors for my 7/8 handle bars were missing. I contacted the company and their only response was to return the complete windshield. I didn't want to re-box everything and return it and wait another couple of weeks to get my windshield

I like the Givi crash bars that I ordered, but delivery took way too long. I bought the same thing from another supplier after my order took so long. I received the second order first. I tried to cancel this order but I was told that it was too late.

Ordered a bike jacket with a waterproof liner in it. Jacket came in, was very obviously returned by someone else. Waterproof liner was missing. HOWEVER, customer service was extremely nice and helpful, exchanged jacket in just two days, and I got a nice, brand new one.
