Nice jacket just a few things though the zippers are not the greatest they spilt very easy if you don't line them up just right. Also the zippers are on the wrong side for a men's jacket. Other than that it's a nice jacket fits well and would buy again.

The new motorcycle battery would drop.4 volt overnight. Store declined refund or exchange saying the
Tester passed it.

I was Looking for an air filter that was unusual, went to CG store, met with parts employee he helped me figure it out. Ordered it for delivery to my home and was as easy as that.

All was good until I received my new helmet. When I opened the box, the inner box containing the helmet appeared to have already been opened. Additionally, when I connected my bluetooth helmet to my PC, I discovered the helmet had already been connected to someone else. So far, everything seems to be OK but I am feeling that this helmet was a return and was reshipped to me. I am not feeling too good about that.
I thought I could trust CycleGear. That is now a big question mark.
The Sena Outrush R Helmet is an affordable option with built in communication device. The helmet seems to be of good quality. I have had experiences with Sena com devices before and have been very happy with them so I figured the helmet would be a great product.

The purchasing experience was great. The shipping experience was horrible. UPS to USPS. Package ends up in no mans land, each shipper points a finger at the other. Crazy! My item finally arrived, and all is good. Just a bit frustrating with the shipping end of it.

I was emailed it would come on one day and it came on another but it was around Christmas so I guess it's understandable.
I looked online for the old helmet visor and couldn't find it but went into a store and was helped by a worker there and he found the visor I needed and my night vision is a thousand times improved with the new visor. Thank you Cycle Gear. Why a clear plastic visor costs so much when they cost less than a dollar to make, I will never understand, but at least I have night vision now.

I'm a plus sized rider and impulsively struggle to find things I like in my size. I find that it is extremely hard as sizing is not a standard but each company has their own. Overall, I like my armored hoodie and was blown away by receiving the item NEXT DAY, however I wish there were more girly options, the hoodie went down a little lower and the prices weren't so steep.
Only thing I could find that it remotely liked
I wanted a hoodie vs a coat as I feel restricted in coats.

Product obviously a previous return. Came wrapped in a plastic bag tied off with a knot. Shipping box had broken apart in transit and pants were hanging out on delivery. The pants were totally out off proportion relative to any other pants I've purchased, the knee pads protect the ankle very well.

2022 BMW R1250GS Adventure. I took my wheels into Cycle Gear Norfolk to have new tires installed on my rims. After two days, I returned to find both my (until them) pristine rims scratched and gouged by the installer. The manager was apologetic and ensured me that "They would make it right". Although it took a while, working through the Cycle Gear district manager, they agreed to replace my wheels. During this time the tire pressure sensors worked as designed. My local BMW dealership is Adventure BMW. Adventure was busy and it took them almost two weeks to get to my bike. Once they did I was contacted by the service manager, who said the rear tire pressure sensor was damaged and that I might want to contact Cycle Gear. To make a long story short, the discussion between Cycle Gear and Adventure BMW degenerated into a "He Said, She Said" about who caused the damage to the sensor in the first place, leaving me, the only person in this complaint who DIDN'T touch the tire pressure sensor with the bill. I don't know which shop damaged the sensor, but what I do know is that it wasn't me. Both of these stores could have agreed to split the cost and would have endeared them both to me, but instead, I am jaded by both.
