I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Store employee also assisted me to check my size. Really helpful. If I can try it one with the same brand helmet in the store, that will be perfect. When I try it on at store, there is no any inventory of HJC helmet available. Because the design of each brand is slightly different, the level of comfortable is also different to different user. This helmet is not very fit to me but the overall of the product is good with promotion price.

The tire machine was broken, and a month after the tire purchase their machine was finally repaired to no fault of theirs.

Recently, I purchased a Bridgestone Battlax T32 sports touring tire for my Yamaha Tracer 9 GT. Within just a few days it arrived at my local Cycle Gear location and were mounted for only $25. The people at Cycle Gear are always fun to talk with and they do a great job. I would prefer to go to Cycle Gear over dealers because the people at Cycle Gear are so much more friendly and seem so much more welcoming to customers. Sadly, so many of the local dealerships are crabby and act like they're doing you a favor when you need something. I'm a long time Cycle Gear customer- And like going there. I honestly dread going to a local dealership. What more can you say?
The Customer Service part occurred when I took my wheel in to have the tire mounted. When I walked in, everyone was friendly and talkative and they make it a joy to be there. They always say they appreciate the business and I don’t get that anywhere else. Maybe other people don’t get this, but in Northwest Arkansas, some of the dealership personnel seem like they have a chip on their shoulder. Management needs to video the way they interact with customers and have them watch it so they can understand just how sour they look when a customer approaches. I don’t get that at all at Cycle Gear. It’s always a good experience.
Great people and great prices
I rode my Yamaha Tracer nine from my home in Northwest Arkansas to Hot Springs, and I know not to be on the shoulders, but I wound up stopping on a shoulder anyway. Fate being what it is, I wound up with a nail in my tire and fortunately was able to plug it and get it back home. I ordered a new tire from Cycle Gear immediately upon my return.

Shopped around several different online retailers for the best price on two Shoei helmets and two Bluetooth intercom systems… CG had the best price but they had free shipping and they also set up our Bluetooth for free.

First time visiting Cycle Gear in KOP and I had ordered a pair of Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires which were shipped to store within 3 days. After receiving notification that my tires arrived, I brought my wheels in which was on the nicest day we've had thus far. Knowing I wanted to ride that day, they installed my new tires while I waited in approx 20 minutes which was phenomenal! I definitely will be purchasing all of my tires at Cycle Gear from here on out!
