I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I went into the Pasadena store location and the salesman did a horrible job. Added $100 to the internet price, so that's why i purchased online instead of in store.

Aaron did a very nice job of getting my wife and me into new helmets. He installed the Cardo Freedom 4x in both helmets and the work great. Highly recommend the team there but especially Aaron.
Had the gear we needed and they support Cardo installation.
Needed new helmets and wanted Bluetooth comms. The Bilt helmets were perfect for our needs.

The tires arrived 2 days apart from eachother despite the shipping info at time of checkout saying they would arrive together. Tires were still received in a timely fashion, hence the 5 star rating.
No particular reason. Everywhere I checked had the same price and delivery estimates.
I needed new tires and these had decent reviews as far as longevity and traction go.

I was helped with price matching and got the best deal possible and then picked up mounted and balanced tires in just two days from order to pickup. I will shop there again!
I emailed for a price match and wanted to give the Chico store credit for the order, so the customer service told me that I needed to get the price matching approved by Chico store, so I went to store and took care of this business.

The quick connect device on the left side of the visor pops out at various times. I guess my beef is really with Bell helmets. Next time, I will buy a different brand.

I had to pay 9$ to return the item. Item arrived and was much larger than the sizing chart showed. 2 full sizes bigger than the sizing chart had listed
