I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I bought a SENA 50S so I would be compatible with my friends out west. Service through the website was very good.

Most associates where courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. One was very interested in socializing with other associates and abandon me after the manager assigned them to help me.

I purchased a part for my motorcycle and paid for overnight shipping (which now is very expensive). They sent me a message that the part was sent a day after I ordered it and it will not be here for three more days. I ordered it at 8 am which was before they opened and hoped that they would send it out on that day. NO! Do not expect expedited service from CycleGear.

I was impressed with the quality of the gear I ordered (helmet, gloves, boots, jacket, and pants). For the great price - the quality is OUTSTANDING! I'm fully confident in the safety of the gear standing alone from the quality of materials and production. The items arrived 4days sooner than anticipated and were packaged with care to the product. True to size, accurate descriptions, and again - OUTSTANDING QUALITY.
There was a local CycleGear store that I intended on stopping in at; the online store had more items in stock and variety with convenience.
I researched several brands and safety reviews and selected the products that fit my requirements.

I had heard nothing but good reviews about cycle gear, There was a helmet that I saw that I really liked so I went in there on a Saturday, I was not greeted by anybody.,I couldn't find somebody to help me. I finally found a gentleman to help me and I asked him if he had the helmet and he said he did not so I asked him if I can get sized and he said he wouldn't be able to size me Because they didn't have the brand of helmet that I wanted so I left and I went home and decided I was gonna go ahead and get on their website and order, it so I did and I had it sent to the store like I was told on the website, I was told that I would get it on Saturday,Which I did not, Saturday about 530 I called and a gentleman said that I wouldn't get it until Tuesday so on Tuesday I went in about noon and I asked the gentleman if my helmet came in and he said that he would check, which he did and it was there and he just gave me my helmet and was like there you go and walked away Needless to say I was not very happy with the service that I have received from this place and I will not go back there again for anything

I came in with two helmet brands in mind. The staff explained both brands and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Ordered a helmet at the counter and it was in store when it was promised.
Location, ease of shopping, and a great helmet brand was on sale I believe due to the company clearing out great product for a upgraded product from the same manufacturer.

It was easy to find the item on the Cycle Gear website since I knew exactly what I was looking for. I had the item shipped to my house since I did t know when I would be able to make it to my closest Cycle Gear especially since I have RPM which guarantees arrival in two days. Sad to say it took four days even though the website said it was "in stock".
I’ve used other Axial products that I’ve bought at Cycle Gear, so ordering this Axial product with the RPM perks was a no brainer.
