I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Online ordering / website cart is clear and easy. Delivery took less than a week. Size was a problem, but return and reorder process is good/not a hassle to reorder larger size.
The Katy Texas store is near me. The return policy is very good.

Placed my order online and had it delivered to the local Cycle Gear store. Delivery only took a couple days. When I picked it up one of the store associates installed the Sena SRL-MESH Intercom in my Shoei Neotec II for me. The system works great and the service can't be beat!

Ordering experience was easy, had it shipped to a local store for pickup after work. Had a tracking number the whole way along the process and the store made it easy to just stop in and pick it up.
There's a local store down the street from my work to pick stuff up from and the prices are good.
Had been looking for a windscreen for my bike and this one was manufactured specifically for it. Cycle gear even had a discount going on.

Tghe tire is wthe wrong size for my bike, and there is no way I have found to returtn it to them for a refund.,
I will be buying tires from 8 ball in the future
