Shopping at CycleGear is always an awesome experience, if you either get help in store or over the phone the associates are so helpful and polite. 100% recommend people to check it out, you won't leave empty handed :) at least I never do 😆
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop

The online experience, communication, emails, and tracking info was the same as Amazon. Since that's my general benchmark, they were on par.
I like the CycleGear store in Tucson. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. They rarely have my size, however. So I decided to use the CycleGear online to find a one piece track suit.
I chose the coretech women's one piece leather track suit because it was the only women's track suit they had in my size.
