I did receive the correct item and color I originally ordered but I needed a "bike specific" item which I did not received. I reached out to Cycle Gear, explained the situation and I sent them the needed pictures and info Cycle Gear needed and they set me a return authorization and pre-paid label to send the incorrect part back to Cycle Gear. Shipped the item back, received the new correct item and all is good.

Usually good, but different this time because I ordered a tire and had it sent to my local store in Hiram, GA, then brought my old tire and wheel with me when the tire arrived. I expected them to remove the old tire and replace it with the new tire, but was told they couldn't, because the tire change machine was broken, so I had to take everything home and do the job myself. My problem is that someone should have informed me of this situation before I got there. I suppose I should have dealt directly with the store from the beginning, but I think they should have contacted me when the tire arrived at their store and I could have made other arrangements, saving me a 60 mile round trip.
Because I trusted them and had satisfactory experience before.
Because that brand was the only one of that size and type that was available from Cycle Gear. It was not the brand I preferred!

Came in recently for a bottle of oil and a filter and I came up to ask if they could look it up for me and before I even had the chance to finish the sentence they told me what it needed. Also helped me look at some gear that was actually good and what wasn't worth your money so I was happy about that. Got my oil and filter with a pair of boots that were far less than Dainese and to a similar standard.
Its the only motorcycle shop for gear that I know of that has knowledgeable employees AND a variety of gear/ parts
The boots were honestly a steal because it was comparable to a $400 boot and it was msrp at $200 but I got it for $150 so I was stoked about that.

Ordering was simple and quick using the My Garage feature. 2nd Day delivery was free as a perk to my annual membership. However, this is the 2nd order of tires where one of the tires was delayed due to either a missing or unreadable shipping label. I've had to reschedule installation and change schedules due to these delays.
The staff at the Gastonia location are friendly and knowledgeable which is the reason I shop with CycleGear. That, and they are associated with RevZilla, a company I've done business with for 9+ years.
A friend highly recommended the Michelin Anakee Adventure tires for my F850 GSA since he has used those exclusively on his 1250 GSA for years.

You need to partner with ups. Yours orders should ship from the closest store to the Customers zip code.

Shoei helmet shipped to Cycle Gear in about 1 week. When picking up, Austin helped to ensure fitment for my wife. Also installed pre-owned Sena comm unit inside helmet. Great customer service!

I bought a bike tire. It was shipped in really good time at a fair price. Only thing is i wish the tire were wrapped or boxed so it wasn't just bare tire with a shipping label slapped on.

The staff at the store were great but my item took several days longer than expected. That might be chalked up to the shipping company, but in the end, that company was chosen by Cycle Gear. Improve your standard shipping practices and you'll see much better reviews in the long run.
