The staff at cycle gear on Beach Boulevard are the greatest. They called me once the package came into the store. I tried on the pants before I took it home. They offered for me to return if it did not fit. The pant fit as it should a little bit long, but that usually happens for us short kings.
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop
I tried on the pants and had uncomfortable issue and need to check them out further, may need to talk to someone.

Is was good received it real quickly. Got what I ordered. The jackets and coats are cut extra small. I'm a 2X and I had to get a 5X to fit

Quiet helmet for the price. Next to no wind when to visor is locked. Only hear the pipes on the bike for the most part. Good field of view.

Not a big deal, just a visor, but it was delivered in a timely manner and was in perfect condition when it arrived.
You are about the only dealer that had my visor.
My old visor took a direct hit from a rock and chipped (impressive it did not break/fracture).

I went looking for a helmet and y found many choices with in the type of helmet I wanted. The price was reasonable and good quality and confortable.

Purchased a Dianese D-Air jacket from Cycle Gear. Store Manager registered the product and told me, "You're ready to ride". This was completely FALSE. The incompetent manager didn't activate the vest. Although it turned on and gave a "green" status light, it had the shipping/shorting plugs still in it and the wires were never attached to the gas canisters for use as an air-bag vest. I rode 1&1/2 years until I updated the software and it wouldn't go green but flashed a blinking yellow meaning an issue. I took it back and they told me, to take it to Dianese, that they don't have any test equipment. Upon taking to Dianese, the techs' were shocked to find that Cycle Gear never made the vest ready to deliver to the customer (a requirement). They stated, that It had never worked and that for the last 1&1/2 years, would never have activated in a crash. Upon going back to Cycle Gear with this information, the store personnel stated, that they company refuses to train them, provides no equipment, and doesn't care. I am now suing them for gross negligence, incompetence, and putting my life at risk by voiding my purchase and attempt to mitigate serious injury and/or death by purchasing an air-bag system and wearing it religiously on every ride while it didn't work. Cycle Gear didd all this in the name of GREED, and at the expense of their customers' safety and well being. Never buy from Cycle Gear.

Boots are rather narrow and are VERY stiff. Akmost as rigid as ski boots. Going to require a lot of effort to break them in.
