I was purchasing a gift card for my son-in-law on short notice. Since this was a gift and I wanted to make sure I got it on time I asked it to come to my email address. I hope he won't have any problems using it.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints
The filtering option made selecting my gear easy. The checkout was simple to use and gave a lot of payment options to choose from.
I did research to find a great reviewed option to order the gear I needed.
It was the new model for the gear I was looking for to purchase and the gear review online helped.

Shoes didn't fit. Returned. Cycle Gear charged me $10 for the return. I'm only writing this review so Cycle Gear will stop pestering me for a review.
Most other mail order companies don't charge their customers for returns, but at least it wasn't a hassle.
They had the item I was looking for in stock.
I saw a product review elsewhere that spurred my interest.

Ordered the tail tidy by new rage llc for my 2018 aprillia tuono v4, to match my led turn signals by them. I use cycle gear for the rewards and the mil discount. They also have a great selection and a store close to my house.

Kearny Mesa cycle gear has always been great in my experience. The weakest link is FedEx, but Im not blaming Cycle Gear on that.

After putting in my current address on cycle gear website and finding out PayPal issued old incorrect address I immediately contacted cycle gear and was promised and told to be rest assured they would intercept my $1000 item. After zero notification from cycle gear letting me know they actually did not intercept my package was left at the door of old address! I was simply told by cycle gear after the fact " we failed to intercept and there is nothing they can or are willing to do" I was certain my pkg would be stolen soo I rushed driving erratically to get to that address. I was fortunate enough to see the pkg at that door soo I got it but I swear I aged by 5yrs from the stress of the situation. Ultimately it was PayPal's initial damage However cycle gear is particularly disingenuous about there help and or service! Just wasn't helpful at all. I will never order from this company again!

I was able to narrow my selection to just parts that would fit my bike, so I was 100% certain that what I was buying was going to fit. The shipping came a day early which was an extra bonus.
I chose CycleGear because they are close by, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they help the biker community.
I just bought a new bike and I wanted to get some parts to make my bike look better.
