Bought the tire online and shipped to the store. Was told by employee on Saturday morning that you guys "are a gear shop first and a tire shop second" so walk in customers come first. I'll just buy it and have it mounted somewhere else next time.
Picked up my tire and paid someone else to mount it. Tire was in same spot from.when I dropped it off. A customer was standing at the counter waiting to be helped. After a few minutes I asked him if had been helped and he said he had no clue what the hell was going on. So I looked for the employee and told him I'm taking my tire and that he had a customer. He had no sen a w of urgency so I grabbed my tires and left. Won't frequent the Modesto store again. Sucks cause they close too.
Thought it would be quick and easy. Buy the tire from you, have you mount it and good to go. One guy said bring it now and it might be done, took it Friday and then another guy said should be done by tomorrow or in 24 hours. Saturday guy said they shouldn't have told me that.

Found winter motorcycle riding pants by Bilt - Storm 2 Waterproof overpants.
Size was perfect, and quality was much higher than expectations.
Good experience in store. Lots of references online.
They appeared to be good cold weather riding pants.
I wore them today riding in Boise, Idaho at 40 degrees Fahrenheit, they were toasty, could easily ride in high 30s.

It would be nice to have a edit option on the website so you don't have to go though customer service if you accidentally made a mistake like shipping to the wrong address you guys work so fast that after hour orders are usually processed before your customer service is open

The store representative was helpful, knowledgable, patient, and very courteous. He explained the equipment I was interested in, and detailed the different levels available. He has a lot of riding experience, and treated me always with professionalism on an equal plane. Just an outstanding experience.
My son recommended CyclleGear to. Me. I also had a previous experience when I bought my helmet there a few months ago.
I was told that CycleGear brands are made with great material and are of high quality. The store's representative was very detailed ion expelling the different options, but never pressured me on selecting any particular style or product. He was always curious as to what I was looking for, and when I was unsure, he explained each of the products I was considering in detail so I could make an informed decision.

Love the inventory in store and online. Ordering and pick up is seamless. Literally no one in the shop acknowledged me or asked me if they could help and when I asked questions it seemed they were not really interested in spending any time helping me. Maybe because I am a 50+ woman shopping alone? The employees had plenty of time to chat with the young men shopping in the store and spent all their time doing so. I guarantee I spent more money than those young men did though.

The store didn't have my helmet. So the assistant manager Sam helped me by ordering it online. I've only dealt with Sam when I go there and it's a great experience every time and she is very knowledgeable.

Can't believe that it took 9 to 10 days to deliver this helmet from King of Prussia, PA to my house (two hours away) The response from Customer Service was inadequate and only when, after a while, I talked to a supervisor we came to some agreement.

Every employee I interacted with, whether the online chat person, or store employees were very very good.
Only annoying part is that's the online delivery sId 1 or 2 days. Ended up being longer and the delivery eta was jumped around on when the products would be delivered.

I was shopping for waterproof MC sneakers & had previously returned 3 pairs I bought online through other retailers...all shoes were too narrow (even larger sizes) I went to Cycle Gear & they didn't have the waterproof sneakers I wanted but did have similar shoes that I was able to try...They fit...So we looked online & ordered the shoes I wanted...Great experience!
