I was purchasing a gift card for my son-in-law on short notice. Since this was a gift and I wanted to make sure I got it on time I asked it to come to my email address. I hope he won't have any problems using it.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints

Long story short; I saw a great jacket that was 50% off. I did the smart thing and drove to my local Cycle Gear and tried on something similar to make sure I ordered the right size.
End result is that I got the exact jacket I wanted at the right size, and I got it half off and shipped for free in 2 days. It's hard to imagine a better shopping experience.
I shop Cycle Gear cause the website is massive, with a huge selection, but there is also a local shop I can visit and, as a member, I get free shipping and great discounts.
This jacket was a perfect choice for me. I needed a more substantial jacket than the mesh one I got for riding school. This Rev'it Sand is waterproof, has two liners, is the exact color I wanted and the size I needed and it was 50% off.

Bought and returned 5 helmets before finding one that fit my weird oval shape. Super easy return policy and they were helpful every step of the way.

I went in the Tampa location and met Matt, who was a really nice guy. I was going to take the MSF course and wanted some decent gloves, since I'd need them later anyway. I liked a few pair and Matt told me he had the red Bilt Sprint ones (about $35) and I had tried a pair Reax Superfly (about $50) and liked them, then I tried the one's Matt had and I liked them also and decided to go with them.
Now I would have to get used to anything else, because I like mine a lot now and they are super comfortable. I'll probably get the other ones later when I'm riding more frequently. Some people have their opinions on different brands, but the cows don't know that. I think the value for the money is there for Bilt, as I have a few of their items and like them.
