It's tough to shop for clothing on the internet since one can never be sure how well things will fit. Other than that, purchasing was easy and fast and the jacket arrived very quickly with no issues related to shipping.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints

Very happy with the jacket, seems kinda cheap that the back pad isn't included for the price. The recommended one on cycle gear can be found for half the price on Amazon.

I recently purchase a helmet from Cycle Gear. There was confusion from what I was given at the store and when I call Cycle Gear, but after sharing my concern, they made things right. I was really taken back with the attention to customer service.
The helmet arrived on time and in perfect condition. Look forward to ordering more in the future.

I was told in the store my military discount would apply to this item, and I could get it online, however when I called I was told differently. I'm not sure who is accurate but I feel Cycle Gear should have a clear policy for all to understand.

I was looking for a helmet for my ride and daughter, the size I needed was out every time I tried ordering but I inquired about availability and within a week the size I needed was there for me to order. Cyclegear is here for us always!
I only choose Cyclegear because my experience in ordering is great and have the largest selection and prices I can afford
I wanted a good protective helmet for my wife and daughter because I have a Fireblade and they know the danger factor of the bike, so safety first

I picked up the helmet last night, and had the best customer service from a fella named Eric. He was new, learning the computer system, and did a fantastic job. I got home, and the helmet looks cool, but it just didn't fit my backpacks head correctly. She will be deciding on a different helmet.
I love that CycleGear has a shop here in Meridian!
My backpack likes Icon helmets, and loved the look of this one. Sadly none were available to try on in store, so we blindly ordered it online.

My overall experience with cyclegear has not been a positive one. The tire I ordered took about 3 days longer to come in than I was told it would take them when I got my tire mounted they damaged my wheel and have been putting fixing it off for 3 weeks.

Everything usually goes quite smoothly with a return, but this day there seemed to be a problem with the folks at the desk being able to "sign in" and process my return. After waiting for 10 or 15 minutes I took my helmet return and went back the next day. It was then taken care of efficiently.

I bought the Alcan motorcycle boots online and they fit perfectly - I wasn't aware they had this awesome quick-strapping technology called BOA. So not only did I get an awesome fit, good style, and feet protection - I can put these shoes on and take them off so much faster than even my normal shoes. I used to wear snow boots, normal sneakers, or casual dress boots when I commuted to work. I always dreaded bending down with all my gear on to tie the shoes...now I just slide them on, twist a dial, and fold over a flap! Yeah, this was the best gear purchase I've ever made.
It's a local store that I like but there are more options online.
I'm slowly upgrading my motorcycle gear and boots were next on the list.

11 days after ordering and the helmet I purchased has still not been shipped yet. I called and they said that is just the way it goes at Cycle Gear. Only order on line if you don't need the item for a long, long time. Makes you wonder why they do business that way. I did give two stars for the price and the customer service.

Fortunately, i read prior reviews that said the jacket ran small. I ordered a size 2XL (6'2-215lbs). Fits good, and slightly snug with a thick sweater underneath. Overall for the price, a good value.
