It's tough to shop for clothing on the internet since one can never be sure how well things will fit. Other than that, purchasing was easy and fast and the jacket arrived very quickly with no issues related to shipping.
Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."

Folks at Wade Hampton are helpful. I'm going to make an effort to buy from my local store (online store also) instead of Amazon.

I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it and cycle gear said it was too late to cancel. I wanted to exchange the size.
I got a bogus reply that it was too late to cancel an order, although I tried to cancel within minutes. Seems like they were forcing me to keep a product that I didn’t want to try to save a return. I’ve shopped cycle gear a lot, and never had this experience and may not shop them again now.

The website was easy I picked what I wanted. I found what I wanted. I bought what I wanted. I'm gonna wear it on Fridays ride.
I spoke to them online. I had to return the gloves for a smaller size. They directed me to a cycle gear near my home, so I did not have to pay shipping to exchange.

They don't update the shipping information until the day or day before it delivers.
I reached out because it was 2 days before the delivery date they gave me and it was showing my order was still being processed. Customer service told me it was because they had a leeway of a few days and that's why it was still being processed. Yet at 4am the next morning my package was updated in the system that it had already been shipped 3 days prior to contacting customer service
