I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints
I like to be able to see and hold products before I buy them... having a physical store to go to is great for me. I never trust buying things from the internet.

This can be the downside of getting orders processed and shipped quickly. Unfortunately when trying to process orders quickly and using automated systems the window to cancel or modify can be narrow. We do apologize for your frustration.

Called into my local Cycle Gear to check tire availability for my Royal Enfield Himalayan.
They only had one for the front so I went ahead and ordered a set of tires and tubes. Was told they could take up to 5 days to show up, they arrived in 3. Staff was knowable and polite. I took my wheels in the next day to have my old tires removed and the new ones mounted and balanced and again, staff was polite and efficient, they called me in a little under an hour for pickup. I am very happy with the whole experience.
