I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

I've bought items from Cycle Gear previously, and the company has a retail store in the Denver area.
The jacket was waterproof, three season capable (not summer), machine washable and looked good. My old Tour Master Jett was deteriorating.

Gabe walked us through various options, demonstrating exceptional knowledge, passion for cycling, and patience to ensure we bought what we needed. He explained the benefits of having merchandise delivered in store, which came to fruition when we exchanged the pants for a larger size with no shipping costs. The sizes do seem to run small for jackets and pants.

I felt confused by online shopping and wanted to try on merchandise while talking to someone who knows their stuff. Gabe uses his motorcycle for his daily commute, knows the benefits of various gear and local riding conditions year-round. I highly recommend you go in-store and experience their awesome customer service.

I was deciding between two different tires for my bike. He explained which one was better and I went with it. It was mounted and balanced in a timely manner. Picking it up, the gentleman checked it to make sure it was done right. I've been to Cycle Gear for years and will continue to do so. Great job...

Good online shopping experience, happy with the products, but it took two weeks to receive it. The tracking report showed it originated from Las Vegas, but ended up bouncing all over the country (Florida, Texas, New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee) before arriving in Arkansas. When I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and credited my account for the inconvenience. I will continue ordering from Cycle Gear, just gonna have to allow more time for delivery.
Responded quickly, very helpful, went the extra distance.
Good selection, easy shopping.
Went on a cold and rainy ride and wanted extra warmth and protection from the wind.

My son purchased this jacket for himself but was unfortunately in an accident. Thankfully he was wearing this jacket in mid-July (we live in Georgia) when his bike went down and he slid across the pavement. Had he not had THIS jacket on, I am 100% certain we would have undergone skin graft surgery. His jacket and riding gloves took the brunt of his road rash. Needless to say when it came time to replace his jacket, this was purchased for a second time!
It’s where my son shops for his gear
This placket protected my son’s skin from further injury during his accident.

Ordered my tire on Saturday, shipped on Monday. Arrived on Thursday. Not terrible, but its three day shipping. Almost got myself in a bind because of it. Should be advertised as three day shipping if you cannot guarantee two day shipping. Otherwise happy with the purchase.
I buy most of my gear through cyclegear
I wanted to buy the best tire I could at a decent price

Really good experience. I mounted my first one in my enclosed motorcycle trailer. This one I'll use for maintenance/oil changes on my 02 Harley Electra Glide. If you do your own work, you should get one.
I tried to apply the discount but it wouldn't let me. I called the next day and I got it.
Bought from before.
Already have one, needed a second one.

Great store and product but the Asian kid associate who assisted me wore a bullet proof vest and a gun on his side. This is Nevada and I'm pro-guns but really weirded me out. Next customer may not be as accepting. 🤷🤷
Close to my house.

The staff at cycle gear on Beach Boulevard are the greatest. They called me once the package came into the store. I tried on the pants before I took it home. They offered for me to return if it did not fit. The pant fit as it should a little bit long, but that usually happens for us short kings.

I recently ordered from Cycle Gear, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The website was user-friendly, with clear descriptions and plenty of customer reviews to help me choose the right product. Once I placed my order, I received timely updates on its status, including shipping and delivery details. My order arrived right on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I'll definitely shop with Cycle Gear again in the future!

Had to do a little fact-finding between site videos, reviews, and sizing charts because AlpineStar is notorious for weird sizing, but I was able to get a jacket and pants set that fit me perfectly. Both parts arrived ahead of schedule and were in mint condition. I could not be more satisfied, although I had to do a lot of careful sizing consideration up front.

Needed my helmet for the weekend so I ordered accordingly but unfortunately the package was delayed I think because it had so many stops along the way it came 4 days late which isn't to bad but should of just did next day to play it safe

I got exactly what I ordered, on time and the pick up was easy. I added an extra product while at the store and the team installed it for me immediately and everything works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to ride and use it!
Friend recommended CycleGear.
Shoei helmet was recommended to me as well.

Cycle Gear delivered as promised. Every part of the process went well. Love their sales! Very happy with the product as well. Took other customers suggestion of putting a shop rag over the wheel stops to avoid the wheel sticking when removing the bike from the stand. Perfect!
Always deliver as promised!
Great value for the money. Works as advertised.

Would be a 5 if more tire sizes were in stock. A little cumbersome to enter your tire size and then find they either don't have both front and back. Would be nice to just enter the make and model of motorcycle?
Reliable and fair.

Got email saying the item I asked about months ago was in stock so jumped on the order and had it delivered to the local store - the store called a few days later when they received it and I went in a couple of days after that - very easy all around.

The good, Shipping was a lot faster than expected, product seems to be good. The bad and ugly... The box looks like it was ripped open 3 times and re-taped, the side of the box was torn open to the point to can just reach in and grab whatever. Glad I have trustworthy neighbors.
I'll still order from them, hopefully it's just a one time thing.

Ordered online from the cyber monday sales and had it delivered to the Cycle Gear near me to avoid worrying about a thief taking the item from my porch. I did struggle with the height and shade of the windscreen and found more information on the KlockWerks website that helped make my final decision.

Quick and easy research for tire style and pricing. The rear was out of stock and once notified it was back in stock I was able to pair it with the front tire and complete my order
Close to my house and has reasonable fees for tire mounting

Worst mod I've ever done to a motorcycle in my life. Makes a good highway motorcycle absolutely terrible. I can't believe this thing is actually being sold to unsuspecting riders. The buffeting it creates is astonishing. Unfortunately even though I consider the windscreen defective considering it does exactly the opposite of what it's supposed to do cycle gear will not allow you to return it. They won't allow you to return a product you used. Unfortunately the only way to learn just how defective this pos is it to install it and ride the bike.don't waste your money on this this product.
My cousin gave me a gift card.
I was uninformed about how bad the Puig windscreen would make my motorcycle.

I bought a new helmet that had all kinds of new technology. It a modular helmet with Bluetooth and even has a separate sun visor. Even though they didn't have my size in the color I wanted, they were able to ship it to me in less than two days. Worth every penny. And the staff was patient and friendly while I made a decision.

Tons of gear and parts at great prices. On gear, they not only provide size charts but also an "Expected Fit" based on reviews and customer feedback that really helps with online sizing. If you still happen to get the wrong size it is generally really easy to set up a return or exchange. If you have a CycleGear nearby it is a great compliment to using the website and between the two you can find and accomplish just about any motorcycle needs.
Known and trusted brand/experience.
Great sales, good revies.

From visiting the store to select a new, and expensive, helmet, staff were there when I needed them and out of the way when I didn't. Gave me valuable opinions and made it a smooth experience. Then, when the helmet arrived at the store, they installed the intercom system, cleaned everything and the helmet was ready to go, no worries. Great experience overall.
I've bene shopping there for decades.

We have a cycle gear here to return. Cant find womens clothes at brick and mortar shops. Have to order on line. Dont want to pay return shipping.

So I can return items to the store if they don't fit
