At 50% off sale I decided to give these shoes a try for a more casual look to go with my riding jeans during the warmer days. They arrived pretty quickly, and seem solid upon trying them on. Have not had a chance to ride with them yet due to winter but I love them already. They fit nice and snug, yet comfy. It perfectly compliments my Indie Ridge leather boots which are waterproof and insulated.

I had been waiting for the front stand for months to come in stock. Price was same as manufacturer but no shipping fees. I didn't hesitate to order, as many previous pauses the item has gone out of stock within 24 hours. Once purchased it came within 2 days, before Christmas!

First if all, ordering was a breeze. I liked the fact that I could have the ordered shoes shipped to a Cycle Gear store - awesome! No Porch Anxiety! The shoes are truly spectacular and the delivery experience was fast and the staff at the Redwood City store were extremely friendly and courteous, they offered to let me try the shoes on in the store, top notch vibe and customer service. The store was slick and lot's of good stuff in there, I had to avoid temptation. I highly recommend ordering from (or shopping at) Cycle Gear.

Had a great experience at Cycle Gear Gilroy, CA. Ordered a set of Conti Attack tires, had them shipped to the store, took my wheels there...mounted, and balanced. Was a Tue, store was not too busy so waited a little while and had tires mounted...so no need for 2 trips. Was a pleasant experience dealing with JP, he's very helpful and knowledgeable.

These are the best confort fit jeans I have purchased so far. The only thing is that it does not come with any of the pads unlike any other jeans from this brand. Not sure why as the tag says it does but when bought from cyclegear, they do not. Just be aware of that if you purchase.

I had a great experience, me and a friend went to buy new helmets during the holiday sale and the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond, he was very knowledgeable about the products and showed us what different visor options we could get with our helmets! Being able to visually see how it looks helps so much before just buying without seeing how it looks in person. I appreciate his help and will be shopping cycle gear in the future!

Good online shopping experience, happy with the products, but it took two weeks to receive it. The tracking report showed it originated from Las Vegas, but ended up bouncing all over the country (Florida, Texas, New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee) before arriving in Arkansas. When I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and credited my account for the inconvenience. I will continue ordering from Cycle Gear, just gonna have to allow more time for delivery.

The women's Gerbing vest fits well and has the right amount of heat under my riding jacket in 40 degree temps. So far have worn it for three all day rides on level 2 heat and have been toasty warm. Neck is a little too snug for comfort but with a gaiter on and keeping the neck warming portion tucked in, no complaints. Game changer for me riding in cold temps.

I felt confused by online shopping and wanted to try on merchandise while talking to someone who knows their stuff. The last two items I bought, I actually wanted to keep but discover that they were damaged by someone who owned them and returned them. I don't have a problem buying returns but if they've been ripped or damaged that's different.
Also you guys have a problem with selection, I had a helmet that I've been wanted to buy and it finally went on sale only to go right out of stock. And I know for a fact it's not a very popular helmet.
I'll be honest, I'm trying not to use Amazon any chance I get and you guys are not making that easy, I had to turn around and buy both items from Amazon.
I have a store near me and they talk to me and said buying a membership which I'm not really mad at them about or anything. I was trying to find the perfect helmet which turned it to two perfect helmets., 😁
Choosing and actually getting are two different things. I would love to buy a Senna hap helmet with the speakers built in but for some reason that's like a weird unicorn or something. Unless I want to buy it from Amazon of course.

Ordered REV'IT Lombard 3 Jeans on 11/29 which were scheduled to be delivered 12/4 or 12/5, and they did not ship until 12/9. I received them on 12/11 and they are what I expected in the right size and in good condition although there were 4 stickers from manufacturing melted into the fabric on the inside of the pants which were a pain to scrape out. Its also weird buying 100-700 dollar items that come in the same packaging as any cheap online purchase.
It is the only motorcycle store I can easily return things to within 50 miles other than dealerships which have minimal selection.
Seemed like a good option after researching other items in the price range.
