I was welcomed and made to feel wanted at my local store. The staff spent time answering and explaining all my questions and laid out the options to meet or exceed my needs without any impatience or superiority complex. They just genuinely seemed to want me to have the best experience when I am riding so that I might love it as much as they do. I ordered 5 serperate items. Everything came in a timely manner. The only thing that seems like it could be better is it shipped in 4 different boxes which seemed like a waster of boxes considering they were all ordered at the same time and arrived within a shirt time frame all withing a few days of eachother

Bought this Jacket to protect me in the rain while riding. Well made and it fits over my riding Jacket. I always use it in conjunction with the frogg toggs pants. Dries quickly after use.

I called trying to fit my Thruxton with new tires. I'd checked many sites for recommendations. I called your Pasadena location and spoke with Anthony. Not only did he recommend a set of tires that I love, but he prepared my order so that I could walk through the doors, hand him my card and still make it to in time to pick up my niece from school. That's old school service.

Returning Daytona boots because the zipper TAB broke was surprisingly easy, and buying a AlpineStars instead, using the store credit, simple. It took me a moment to understand how to apply the credit but I didn't need to ask. It's a shame the Daytona's were so hard to zip up, too tall of an arch perhaps, but the new boots are comfortable and easy to put on.
Helpful, empathetic, and flexible. There were normal shipping delays one cannot blame on CycleGear, but the experience was outstanding.
There is a 'brick-and-morter' store nearby. In fact, the first pair of Daytona's were sent to the store where I could try them on and, yes, return for being too small.
I went the best protection possible while having sport-touring levels of comfort.
