My helmet arrived in no time, exactly as I expected it. After wearing it for my first ride I discovered that the fit really wasn't t working. I was able to return it to the store and they took the time to make sure I went home with one that was the perfect fit!

Clear helmet visor broke on a recent road trip. Part was unavailable but I received an email when it was back in stock. I ordered it same day and it arrived as scheduled.

I am expected to send my tire back wait for yall to receive it, then send me another one, all the while I have no front tire on my bike. I have reached out to customer service witch is pretty much a joke.
They have yet to get back with me.
I was recommended by a friend, this will be my last purchase here, they don't install tires. I am expected to remove tire from bike then bring just the rim... I have no way of doing that since I have no jack.
I wanted a white wall, it took almost 7 days to get to the store.

Ordered a new battery after the previous one was giving me issues. Ordered in store and staff was great. Only complaint is that the first time I ordered one, it came in a few days. This time it took a bit longer - a week and a half or so. Otherwise great.
Heard lithium was the way to go. Also has restart function which is nice.

I got a notification from FedEx that my items were delivered and signed for at to the store so I called the store in Fullerton and the manager guy who answered the phone said that the items haven't arrived. I was confused, and I thought that maybe I had been taken for because I was notified that my items were delivered yet they weren't there. The manager guy was no help. He basically told me to go $#*! myself and the items aren't there. Yeah, Alfred no Reassurances or information on delivery protocol you just told me they're not there and there's nothing he's can do about it. The guy calls our layer saying that the items were ready for pick up. So I'm confused about that whole situation, but the manager guy was a piece of $#*!

The cardo works fine. But the speakers went out 6 hrs into a ride. Tested the speakers with a different cardo unit and confirmed the speakers don't work. Went back to the store I picked up the unit from and because I ordered online, the physical stors can't do nothing. Which makes no sense. Just because the store didn't receive commission on the sale shouldn't effect exchanges or anything. Having to go thru a long process online to get an exchange should not be the only way.
