Sadly I had to return the boots. Just too hard to put on. I will search for other options. The return was excellent I got back all my cash I paid.
Salesman garenteed my full cash back if the boots did not fit. They did not and I received full cash back.

The.box was busted open on delivery and the o-rings were missing. My local store was no help at all. The 800 number on line would not allow input and just kept cycling. I did receive a response from Misty and she really seemed involved and took care of my situation.
Local service really disappointing. Online service not available. Email support was awesome.

The cree at the Hiram Georgia store are the best. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products (helmets and communication equipment) and were very knowledgeable understanding when we had to return some items. Walked into the store, but my items weren't on the shelf. Employee behind the counter offered to special order from the warehouse with direct shipping to my door.
Great customer service, but please don't shop the store expecting everything to be in stock all the time. It could have been an inconvenience if I had needed replacement parts immediately without time to wait for delivery.
I had a gift certificate to use.
Replacement liners for my helmet ensure a comfortable fit for many more miles to come.

Competitive prices, great service. I just needed a tire, but I appreciate the expertise and discussion about tires. The tire swap was fast and done before I finished browsing the store! It's the only place I trust locally to mount and balance my bike tires. Been using them for years.
