Great customer service up until I wasn't happy with the mounting of the new tires, felt like you got my money and I didn't matter to you any more. Just a it is what it is attitude.

Olivia at Spokane's Cycle Gear was a delight to speak with and was truly helpful! She let me know through calls and texts each of my 9 items had arrived at the store. I had explained that I had a bit of a distance to travel. She was understanding and noted on my order for others, that I would be picking them once everything had arrived.
I chose CycleGear because a great friend referred me to them.
The products I chose were for the primary reason of safety along with what fit according to my budget. My son and I are just starting out our adventures in riding.

I ordered two tires, upsized my rear tire, but found out it wouldn't work well, returned directly to local Cyclegear store and returned was easy and staff assisted in refund and reorder of correct size for delivery to my shipping address, all in under 10 minutes. Staff was great!

I ordered the Biltwell "Gringo" Helmet. I have other helmets from Arai and Bell and the Biltwell compares nicely. The red color is really a great match to my Triumph Scrambler paint. It fits well and I look forward to wearing it for many years to come.

First seat I ordered looked terrible and felt terrible on my bike, they allowed me to return it provided I paid return shipping ($9.00) for which they supplied the label and just deducted from the refund amount. The return request was done online, was super easy and I had my refund within a few days. I like to support local shops as much as I can but if I had ordered the seat from a local shop I would be stuck with it and out $400.
The second seat I bought was a very popular Saddlemen that takes many places weeks to get, they had it to me in less than a week and it is perfect.
The status of my order was not updating online so I called to see if/when my item would ship. The person that I spoke with was very helpful and gave me all the info he could find.

I received the battery quickly but when I activated it with electrolyte solution, it wouldn't fully charge just up to 10 1/2 V so it wouldn't start my machine, so I took it back to Cycle Gear and they let me exchange it for another one That was already activated with the solution in it and ready to go
They did an excellent job for making it right with a new battery that would start my motorcycle

Bought my last set of helmets here six years ago, staff was amazing fitting and installing Bluetooth Sena gear at a good price. It was time for an upgrade so I came back again and was not disappointed found helmets with the Bluetooth built-in for about the same price, again they fitted my girl and then had them ordered, shipped to my door in a couple of days ready for a great day riding

Cycle gear had what I was looking for in stock and at a fair price, the only issue was I selected an express shipping option and unfortunately the order took a few days to ship and then the shipper (USPS) held the shipment for an extra day in the shipping process which caused the parts not to arrive in the timeframe I needed for an event.
Very helpful and understanding service representative. Unfortunately he could only provide information and was unable to solve my issue, however he did this in a very fair way.

My top case didn't have a key, which was replaced. Then the mounting plate did not fit the top case, which also needed to be replaced. The staff at cycle gear were extremely helpful with replacing the parts
