I did a search on Cycle Gear's website for Suzuki Hayabusa products. It turned up an open-box special for a motorcycle cover, which I ordered. What came was a cover that didn't fit and on subsequent investigation was a cover for a 250. Since this was already an open-box item, I'm wondering how many customers are going to have to order and return this item before someone fixes the coding on the website? I haven't received my refund yet, so I'm hoping I'm only out the cost of postage for return shipping.
I've used CycleGear for over 20 years. I think this is the last time.
The website search by make and model turned up this product. This turned out to be a coding error.

Unsure of what helmet I wanted to buy.going from a 3 quarter to a full face. They had a great selection to choose from. Nathan was our sales associate and he took his time explaining thier differences. Let me try them on and wear around to make sure they didn't give me a headache. Very patient with us, we were there two hours. Also purchased a Cardo packtalk edge duo, he installed them in our helmets for us. Very professional and a great atmosphere. Definitely will be doing more business with them. We also ordered smoked lenses through the website and had them in 2 days. We are very pleased with purchases.

I purchase the Diablo Rosso online and had it delivered to my local Cycle Gear for mounting. While there they were able to help my son pick out a set of tires for his bike also. I look online for products I'm interested in and I run down to my cycle gear store in Manchester, Ct. To see if they have the product I want is in stock or if it's a helmet or clothing I try it on and if they don't have it in stock I'll have them order it and send it to my home. The sales associates are knowledgeable and always helpful 👍

I was looking for a riding jacket and being 6'4" clothing is always a challenge. The staff took the time to get me familiar with several options but there where no tall sizes on the rack. The sales associate took the time find tall options and ordered for me. It arrived and fit. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
