Overall very happy with the in store service but got a little nervous when only one item arrived but the email stated both items had been delivered.
Fortunately there was one of the undelivered items in the store and they held it for me.
Over phone customer service didn’t respond, called store manager and he was able to fix things

Bets hamlet I have put in this price range. The inside is very soft. Waiting to see how tell the top of my head and cheeks break in. But as a helmet as a whole it's very good quality and definitely worth the money especially on sale as of time of purchase.
The store in tulsa Oklahoma was so helpful and friendly. They are the reason I am buying through this company. They were sold out of my size so I had to order it online. But will be shopping at tulsa store for other items they have definitely. I drove 2 hours to check out the tulsa store and was nervous what to expect but the staff was Grade A no doubt. Will be driving back
The helmet quality and the current sale on the helmets made it affordable for my budget. Probably wouldn't have got it without the 100 off purchase price. But now that I know the quality and feel my wife will need one also

The pants I bought were too small so I needed to return them. I was frustrated that the order number wasn't on the return sheet in the package. I commented that just as a suggestion. The next day I had an email apologizing for the return issue. I replied that it was only a suggestion and that I was happy. I got another reply that she appreciated me taking the time to share my thought. Wow!
It was wonderful. Megan did everything in her power to help.
My son used to work for them and they have always been good to work with.

Scratched up my visor and it was becoming hard to see out of. So I went to Cycle Gear to see if I could find a replacement. They didn't have it in stock but the clerk was nice and got it for me on their online site, and because I purchasing it at a store I didn't have to pay for shipping. Come a week later and a big ole box was on my doorstep waiting for me.

Only thing I would suggest is that Cycle Gear changes their policy to restock once the units hit 1, not 0. This way you have more sizes available rather than out of stock. Zero issues with the employees, great service!

From ordering to install and pick up, my transaction went smooth. The staff knew exactly what I needed. The initial turn around time was four days (which in summer time would have felt like weeks), but they were able to get me back on the road in a day!

I order a sedici jacket and have the 2 day shipping because I have the riders preferred card.
Best card I ever purchased it always saves me money and gets me 2 day shipping.
There the only place where I can find what I need for my motorcycle and the staff is great and very knowledgeable

Time for a new helmet it was a nation wide out of stock so I checked box notify me when in stock and they did and was delivered in a few days. With my discount it was competitive with unknown sellers not worth the hassel.

I absolutely love my new riding shoes! They are comfortable, I love that the insoles are very cushioned. There is a bit of a pop when I am walking in them, not really sure why, I'm hoping that once they are completely broken in, the popping will stop(it's only in my right shoe). The look of the shoes are another huge plus. Would buy again!
