My Scorpion pants are great and I had an easy time finding them on the site. Shipping is free and there is a shop near me if I would have needed to return. Overall experience is excellent
It was recommended to me by an employee at Nash Power Sports. They do not carry a large selection of women’s riding gear.
I tried them on at Nash Power Sports and knew they fit well but wanted black rather than the color they carried.

I ordered some hip pads and once I was notified the items have shipped, I started tracking my package. The estimated delivery day was Friday, but on Friday, the item has not been picked up yet. The package arrived two days later than the estimated delivery date using USPS. When my orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS, they always arrive on the estimated date and are never late. Don't use USPS again.

I needed two items for a trip to Colorado from Ohio, but I went on vacation to Florida. I usually go to the nearby store in Ohio, but didn't have time. I made the online purchase and it was delivered in a day or two and I had what I needed for my trip out west. Fast, easy, and just as described! Cycle Gear has been fantastic for me.

The survey monkey feedback was too long. I thought ok, I'll knock this out because I do like to give feedback but, after 5 pages of multiple choice it started with the word boxes and I just closed it and sent cs an email telling them. It's a very robust survey but, man I don't know how people can stand more than a couple minutes of questions.
Availiable product and close to home. This surgery is much better.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience selecting quality riding gear. The only issue I have encountered, at no fault to CycleGear, is a limited selection of riding boots for people with large feet. I finally settled on a EU 49, and it feels pretty good overall. Would have preferred a EU 50 but will not complain. There was only 4 or so options in my size available. But shipping was fast!
Really only local store around that carries a wide selection of gear. The Savannah branch sold me on the company.

Stock Suzuki DR 650 seat is about like sitting on a 2 x 4. Bought this low seat from Cycle gear with the right foam and cover to stay cool on the long rides. Best thing for this type of ride.

I needed a fix for my Schubert helmet visor being loose, so I went to the store. They didn't have any of the kits available, so Hugh ordered one for me. He said it should be at my house in about 5 to 7 days.
Obviously, the warehouse has a different agenda. I got it almost 3 weeks later.

These are well constructed riding pants, solid snaps on all but hip pockets to keep your stuff in place, good stitching. Knee padding is held in by velcro at the bottom which isn't great, as when this starts to give way the pads will slide out your cuff. Wish they inserted from side on top rather than from below underneath. These also have a skinny jeans type of fit rather than loose, so they retain body heat a lot more than other types. Not ideal for Georgia riding. Good construction but better for a cooler climate.

The boxes are arriving in suspect condition: tape ripped, box top ends crunched as if someone was inspecting. Goods inside are ok, but what's up with the boxes? May want to look into your delivery chain.

The staff helped pick out a helmet from the in store selection. They insured proper fit then ordered the color we wanted that was not in stock. It only took a couple of days to arrive. In store shipping was free and it was easy to pick up.

As an RPM member it says 2-day shipping, but the delivery vendor had delays and it took 6 days once it left cycle gear. Really happy overall with Cycle Gear, but shipping companies these days aren't living up to promises.
I am liking this store. Easier than Amazon so far.
