More airflow than a biltwell gringo, less air buffeting and noise than a bell. Guy at the store took his time to show me all the helmets in stock. But since I found the Bilt fits me so well, I'm glad I got to save money and still get an ECE 22.05 rating.

Every time I go into this location, I find the staff to be knowledgeable about the products and services. You obviously hire motorcycle people to work here! Not typical in today's market. I've ordered parts from this location and they come quickly. Thanks.

Jacket is good. However there is a foul smell (sweat like smell) coming from the jacket.
I hung it to air dry for a couple hours but the smell is still there when you bring the jacket close to your face. Not sure if it was a returned item from someone who rode in it.

Said I was not a first time buyer so promo code wasn't for me😩 I did order the AGV K3 helmet (without the discount /promo code plastered all over the page). I received the helmet. It is too big so I have returned it and I did love the helmet and the price is fabulous (even without the promo code plastered all over the pages I'm trying to look it). So! When my refund comes from returning the S/M, if it's in stock (which is almost impossible to find.) I'll order the same helmet in S. I may just give up if they are always out of stock.

I was looking for an alternative oil filter as the factory Kawasaki w800 was close to $ 20.00. I found a good quality filter ordered 4 of them for $34.00. Very happy with the purchase. And I got them in 2 days.

I needed riding pants, but wasn't sure about the size, so I had them delivered to the store where I could try them on and exchange if needed. All worked out perfectly.

There was a shipping problem with FedEx but Cycle Gear was right on top of it. They contacted me, let me know there was a problem. Reordered my purchase and got it right to me. Excellent customer service. They were proactive and reached out to contact me.

I had purchased a headset previously which has a radio built in and wanted the same system but couldn't remember the exact name. I had trouble finding the unit on cycle gears website so I went to the manufacturers site, found the product there and then returned to cycle gear to complete the purchase of the desired unit.
I’ve gotten items from them before and they’ve worked out well before.
It fit my desires.

I buy my tire and other things from the Tacoma cycle gear and in the past they have always done my tire while I wait, but when I tried to warranty my rear tire I was told it would be 2 or 3 days before they could get to it. So now I will be going some where else

Ordered 4 items total. Three arrived in perfect condition, but received one (Quad Lock Stem Mount) that had a damaged box and was missing crucial parts. The rest of the order was just a dampener and a phone case to use with the mount so it made my entire order pretty much useless. Terrible experience overall.
Easy accommodations in case there are issues. There’s one in my downtown area

These Web GoreTex boots from Alpinestars are good quality. I bought some of the original series of this boot >15 years ago, and after many many miles of riding in heat, rain and snow, they were looking pretty worn. Still without holes, mind you, but they showed the many years of use. In spite of this, they were still comfortable and (mostly) waterproof. I bought another set of the same boots because they are comfortable, last, and offer good protection without looking like a walked off the motorcross track.
Had them in stock and offer free shipping to a store near me.

I ordered a new rear tire and used the free shipping to the store. Once I had the tracking number, I took my wheel in the day after it arrived at the store and had it mounted/balanced. Great overall process!

Ordered brake pads for my BMW and they arrived 2 days sooner than expected. This was a great surprise as I needed the new pads to go on a group ride and did not think I was going to be able to make it.
