My experience was great. I went to the white plains location where I was able to try on several style helmets to determine which one fit me best in both style and size. I found my perfect size and because of stock availability I was unable to find the color I preferred and was able to place an online order for my color helmet while I was in store. The associate was very helpful since the moment I walked in greeted me and had and was very knowledgeable of the products. So much that I went on to purchase a pair of gloves too with the help of the associate.
Physical location with park.
Sizing and style.

Getting new gear after an accident is hard, especially when needing pants since they very in size within the sizes. CycleGear makes it easy to find what you need and want, even if they don't have it in stock.

I came into the store frustrated with the lack of riding gear options available for women who are not 120 lbs. and also provides good protection. I met Matt at the store who was extremely knowledgeable, completely understood my needs, and continued to brainstorm with creative options throughout the store until he found solutions that would work for me. He even had great ideas of how and where to alter purchased gear if needed, and informed me of a rider blog that would be helpful. Matt not only saved the day but also saved my sanity because without his help, I was seriously starting to think that I would not be able to ride anymore. I can't thank him enough for his kind, courteous nature, for making me feel so comfortable, and his tremendous knowledge. Matt provided the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Matt!
CycleGear is the only brick and mortar store still available to try on gear.
I chose the pants and boots because they were the right fit and the best protection.

I have used the Harley shop for my parts and was never satisfied with the delays, attitude and cost of parts. I stopped in to your Abercorn store and was surprised at the help I received from Brittany, not only in ordering my parts but the pleasant atmosphere of the store. I have a 1997 Springer with a Performance Machine front caliper and mount, I needed pads and also ordered and replaced rear master cylinder. I will use this store from now on.

I received great customer service at the Merrillville store and find the website pretty easy to navigate. Will be back for more gear.

I learned a lesson when buying a helmet. Try before you buy. Also was told to purchase adapters for my new bar end mirrors, and they were the wrong pieces for my model and year of bike. Sales incorrect on this one.

Got the Bell Broozer Arc Helmet. Looks amazing. Good snug fit. Super noisy above 40mph. 60+ is hard to withstand for long rides. The air passing over the helmet is extremely loud. Most noise comes from the top vent.
I just wear ear plugs on long rides.

I purchased a new back tire for my 2021 Indian Challenger Limited. I was notified when it was received by the store, so I took my rear wheel in to get the new one installed and balanced as the store advertises for $30 if you purchase it from Cycle Gear. Which I did. It took a while to install and balance. When they brought it out to me, I was informed that they would never do another install for an Indian motorcycle. The reasoning was that he said in order to get the bead to seat, he had to inflate to 160 PSI which he said was dangerous. I would agree that inflating to that PSI probably would be dangerous. What I don't know, is did he try lubricating that rim and bead with soapy water in order to make it more slippery in order for the bead to seat? I'm not sure what procedure one would use in that case, but it is disappointing to know that Cycle Gear will no longer mount tires on either of my Indian Motorcycles, even when I buy the tire from them. Very disappointing to say the least.
Convenience and install prices. But that is no longer the case I guess.
Wore out the Metzler Cruiz Teck that came on it as well as a Michelin Commander III so I figured that I would give the Metzler ME888 Marathon Ultra a try.

Replaced wonderful 10+ year old bmw air flow boots. These breathe great, are light and comfortable, and easy to get on. Bottoms a bit slippery at first, but got better with wear. Price was great, great value for cost.

So. I'm a big boy. 5'8" 250lb. I know may waist and my inseam. These are sold by sizes like large, extra large, etc. I ordered a 2XL short. I wear a 2XL shirt. No chance of wearing them. I need to loose like 20 pounds to have a shot at it. I want to lose the weight. So i'll hang onto these. Right now, however, they just sit on my dresser. Sizing things when your not the perfect shape is not easy, fun, nor consistent. If there was a chart to help you figure fitment i never saw it.

I was in the market for purchasing a new helmet, and did some research online to see what options I had and what the prices were. I decided to stop in a store to be able to physically look at helmets and how they fit. After talking to the salesman at CycleGear in Alb. I decided to purchase the helmet in store because he was so knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I could've saved a little by ordering from online, but I was so happy with the service I received I was glad to give them my money instead!
The address that my helmet was to be shipped to was entered wrong by the salesman. I called to get it changed. He did the best he could. I received my helmet at my correct address.
They were the closest motorcycle accessories store to me, so I called to see if they had what I wanted in stock. The salesman was so friendly on the phone that I decided to visit there store and not keep calling around.
Form, fit, function was exactly what I wanted. But most importantly was that it was on sale! I wasn't planning on spending as much as I did and settling with "less" to stay in budget...but because of the value I received I decided to spend more to get more of the options that were important to me.

I ordered an item from the website and even signed up for their RPM membership, which upgrades shipping. I live in Las Vegas where the item was supposed to be shipped from(their warehouse location) and it took a week and a day to get the item. Their shipping takes too long.
Attentive, but the item still didn’t ship faster.
They have a local shop

I do see a new order has been placed. We appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey and share your feedback on your shopping experience. Customer feedback and suggestions are very valuable in helping us identify issues and improve our customer's shopping experience.
I was happy with price of tire and install fee. I just wish they greased the bearings and inflated the tire to more than 12 psi. Probably had dozens of tires mounted and always got them back with greased bearings and fully inflated tires, maybe I was just spoiled?
Replacing OEM tires.

Cycle gear is your destination for all your Bike stuff, great place to purchase online or in store, amazing prices and variety! Most important is the staff attitude and help; they demonstrated great customer service and support.
Very attentive to the request and flexible with solutions.

All items were received at different times. Not sure why, I guess they were shipped from different locations. One item that was listed as in stock came about a week after the other items.
I ordered from CycleGear because I received great customer service when I visited my local CycleGear outlet.
Good quality at reasonable prices.

Michelins Pilot Road 4 GT tires purchased for my 2016 FJR. These are now the fourth set of these tires the bike has seen in the past 8 years. Great value compared to stepping up to the newer GT offering from Michelin. Cycle Gear was fast to ship, quickly installed the tires on my wheels (and at a discounted rate given the order was placed through the store) and offered great communication when they were ready to be picked up.
Good price on product, better price on the service

Item was just as advertised and was a great value. It's a battery, so either it works or it doesn't. It works and it has been doing the job. My experience was good and I will buy again.
Price and quality of product. I found the item to be competitively priced and a product that was of higher quality that what I was comparing it to with other sellers.
Price and quality of the item were the only two factors. The most bank for my buck.
