They act like you're bothering them to be serviced. Not the first time we were there and each time it was horrible service to the extent of being ignored though we were the only people in the store.
You sell Bell helmets.
You didn’t have a Bell 1/2 helmet in the correct size so I had to order a HJC… and I still needed the size ordered.

I placed an online order for a Schuberth replacement shield, for in-store pickup at my local Cycle Gear store. The shield came in a reasonable time; and store staff processed it efficiently as usual. I also bought bike care products while there. Many thanks as always.

Good deals. Thankful to find size I needed online. Was not in stock in my size at local Sandy, Ut store. They were very helpful, though. Almost bought a different style from the same manufacturer, but decided to wait and order online. Good website.
Snaps could be a little stronger on the front. CCW pockets should just be velcro instead of stretch loops. Then customer can add their own specific holster or you could have a general fit velcro holster as a bonus. Jacket is heavy and no armor, but with pockets. Fair trade-off for having strong leather and storage. Liner is tricky to get in and out, and I image elbow pockets for armor will be as well. Back protector pocket is going to limit what kinds you can use.

From ordering to install and pick up, my transaction went smooth. The staff knew exactly what I needed. The initial turn around time was four days (which in summer time would have felt like weeks), but they were able to get me back on the road in a day!

A salesperson from the local store advised me to purchase this item. When I went to get help from the store to install it I was advised it was the wrong part. The correct part cost nearly 4 times. So I ordered it but kind of disappointed with the experience

The Cycle Gear team helped me order a muffler that ended up not fitting my bike. When I called to discuss the issue, they were very apologetic. They made returning the product extremely easy and helped me find a muffler that would work for me. Pretty sure they expedited the shipping of the new muffler as well, which was SUPER appreciated. The new muffler fits perfectly, looks great, and sounds wonderful. Thanks again to the amazing staff!
