I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I purchased the wrong size gloves from the knoxville location and i dealt with Josh at the knoxville location and he was so helpful and made the return, transaction, and order so easy and painless. Thank you Josh!

Came in store (harrisburg) to shop for a helmet. Looked around and went to ask the salesman question about it. And end up buying a shoei rf1400 plus a photochromic visor. The visor wasn't in stock so he offer me to ship it home to Canada. He arranged everything and explained all the particularity on the helmet (pinlock)

Shipping was accurate and fast, everything was in good shape when it arrived. Only one of my items didn't fit but it was super easy to return it in store. Only thing I'd say is shipping a return was a little confusing, it may have just been from using the mobile website, but it seemed like there wasn't a pdf provided for the return shipping label, you're just supposed to print the whole step by step page. But I just returned in store, as that was easier anyway.

Team was great all around. I put 280 miles on the tire Saturday. First 80 slower to wear off sticker glue.
Have had good/great results for the last 8 tires ( 2 bikes) purchased and mounted there.
This bike originally came with Gen 1 Battlax adv tires. Tried 2 other brands, got 4-5 K less miles. I was willing to pay 30 or 40$ more and not change the rear so often. A lot more meat on this tire, not disappointed.

The product and Cycle Gear's service were excellent, as usual. However, it is frustrating to follow your order through FedEx Ground. You can follow the package accurately from the shipping location. Finally, it shows on the truck out for delivery that day, then at the end of the day they tell you the shipment is delayed and it won't be delivered. Do the final delivery drivers just decide they don't want to work anymore that day?

Delay almost every time I've gone to the store. Current excuse: we have no new valve stems. So far wheel is there 5 days. Last time, rookie installer screwed up valve stem and balancing. Lots of time redoing remove tire and wheel. Will be looking for other alternatives

I ordered my new helmet from Cycle gear because I had no opportunity to try it on in store. While many places have no issue with returns, I have a cycle gear store near me and if I didn't like the fit of the helmet, returning it would be easier than return shipping.
Helmet arrived a day early and in perfect condition. 5 stars.

It took a while for me to find the Klim Forecast pant on the website even though I knew it had to be there because a Cycle Gear employee showed it to me at the store. I needed to find rain pants that were sized tall, which these are. I haven't tested their water resistance yet, but the medium tall size fits me perfectly and has all of the features that I was looking for - zipper up high on the legs for easy on/off, don't ride up above my tall boots when seated on the bike, easy to pack and not too bulky when packed.
Helpful employee at the local store found what I was looking for on-line.
Only rain pant available in a tall size.

Good morning. Came in to your store to buy a replacement face shield for my HJC helmet which I also purchased from this store. I was told that it was not an item that was kept in store but it could be ordered for pick up. Great!
I received a call 2 days later letting me know my item had arrived and was available for pick up. Great again!
When I returned I told the person at the register I had come in to pick up a face shield that I had ordered 3 days earlier. This is when it got a little surreal. He asked for my printed receipt or proof that I had purchased this item. I explained that I had told the previous person what I needed, it was ordered and paid for and no receipt was given. This young man then began scolding me on store protocol, explaining how the in store procedure had been breached, an that in the future I needed to have printed proof of purchase. I let him know what the item was, who called me, that I had paid for it, and was not provided or told to provide a receipt at time of pick up. He informed me that he was the assistant manager and that I could have ordered this myself online. In the future he continued, I must provide a printed receipt blah blah blah.
I can appreciate store rules and procedures but I won't be spoken to this way.
