I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

Everything was as expected and fairly priced, however for the cost associated with the tire mounting I would have appreciated staff cleaning up the wheels, at least cleaning the glue/stickers from the balancing weights

I walked in before it got crowded so I could try on some helmets, and the staff came to give me advice and find the best-fitting option. Got their opinions on air-flow, noise reduction, and safety. Glad I went in person rather than just shop online,

I had purchased some gloves at a nearby store and then dropped one at work and the staff threw it away so I had to buy a new pair. While I was not happy having to spend another $150 after wearing them only one time I realized they were the best gloves I'd used so broke down. I ordered online and shipping was fast and I even got a slight discount so saved a couple bucks!

I have run this tire on several different adventure bikes and have always been very satisfied, this will be the first time on a pan america, time will how well it works.

Ordering was easy & delivery was fast. I am always worried about ordering something without trying it on for fit, but i had ordered a jacket prior to this and had to exchange it for a different size. The return and replacement process was simple and fast so i was not worried this time when ordering the helmet, It fit and I did not have to do anything, but it was nice knowing i could have changed it with no problems.

Helmet visor base plates, not functioning properly. In-store sales person ordered me the special parts, and then installed them for me quickly, and efficiently when they arrived. Couldn't be happier my very expensive helmet now functions the way it should.

I bought a new Nexx helmet with 3/4 face shield and another sun shield that pulls down. It is light and allows lots of air circulation for the hot summer months.

Great crew, knowledgeable, well educated, organized and professional. The store is always in top shape and clean.
I did contact the store a few times regarding the status of my tire mount/balance. I expressed they should be more honest with their time frame and be more on top of calling the customers letting them know of the status etc etc. At drop off I was told 24-48 hours. I waited 4 days for each tire. The first tire no one called to say it was ready and when I called to ask the tech hadn’t even started on it saying my order hadn’t come in. I then gave him confirmation that both tires, and tubes were delivered, my husband took it upon himself to just show up and it was “ready”. The second tire, it wasn’t until late evening when the head lady, called and said it was ready and she wasn’t sure no one had called me to notify me. There’s definitely some miscommunication but regardless I know how busy they are, it was probably me being excited and anxious to get riding haha but we’ll always be fans of CG. Denise and Joe are great peeps. They’re a hard working crew!

Only four stars this time because the paddock stand that I bought did not have height/width dimensions listed and I had to call the local store. However the sales associate was extremely helpful and found a tape measure to answer my question.
