I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

I ordered a new rear tire and used the free shipping to the store. Once I had the tracking number, I took my wheel in the day after it arrived at the store and had it mounted/balanced. Great overall process!
They are close and have reasonable tire mounting prices and fast turnaround.

Ordered brake pads for my BMW and they arrived 2 days sooner than expected. This was a great surprise as I needed the new pads to go on a group ride and did not think I was going to be able to make it.

The item was in stock processed in 24 hours. The first receiving date no package. Notification of the second date and time not met, notification of third date and time finally delivered.
It is a local store that I purchase from. My experience there has always been excellent. Including when I went in to learn about The Cardo products.
I stopped at the store. Look at purchasing a new helmet. And find out about Bluetooth headsets. Talking to the salesman we came up with this being the best one for my needs. They did not have this item in stock so I went home and ordered it online. Once I did that I did call the store to see if they happened to get this item in stock while after the delivery date wasn't met. They did not. I did not bother them with the issue. They are probably not responsible for online items. Could not find a contact number with information received from the online service.

Was able to get this Pinlock insert within a week. They even installed it at the shop when I picked it up. Buy online because some of the in-store labeling is incorrect and they may provide the wrong insert.

I ordered a rear axle kit, the box was loosely packed so the contents were jumbled around on the inside, breaking out of its plastic seal and some smaller parts were all over the box, product wasnt damaged but some bubble wrap or more of the brown paper could have kept the smaller box from being bounced around in the bigger box
