I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Helmet I ordered was exactly as described and delivered quickly. Very satisfied with this transaction.

Marked the rim with white grease pencil for side where rt. Angle valve should point. Installed incorrect. I waited for it to be corrected. Note:there is plenty of room on work order to write instructions!

I always get great service at Vancouver, Washington CG. Angel (Store Manager) is totally amazing in her knowledge of product and options, as well as personalized service. She remembers everyone's name when they come in and she rides a boss KTM, so she walks the talk.

Keep in mind this has been corrected but I swung by Portland cycle gear and ordered a Enduro style helmet the friendly nice employee accidentally ordered the wrong Style of helmet so I had to wait for that to come in then return it in store and have another employee order the correct one. Big waste of time still waiting for it to come in. I have two other styles of the same cycle gear helmet so I know I'll like it when I finally get it
In the past Cycle Gear is always done great and ordered the correct thing the first time! Also I know I get free shipping to the store so bonus!
I chose this particular helmet because I've had great success with the two others I've owned since Cycle Gear would tell them for $99 quite a few years ago now they're $159 thanks to inflation caused by Donald Trump

Didn't find the exact helmet I was looking for that I saw in the Shelf in the physical store online which is kind of weird but I found two other helmets I like so I'll have my head covered and I'll be riding soon. I have only tried one of the helmet liners. The Zan liner, it is not as good as the one I purchased from Cycle gear a few years ago. It doesn't fit as tight and therefore doesn't protect my ears when putting on my helmet. The helmet still rolls my ears with this new one, that doesn't happen with the original one I've had for a few years now. It's also hard to tell what the product is like from the website. The pictures aren't very detailed.

I placed my order with 2 day shipping that I pay $60 a year for. A week later, still nothing. Chat gets me nowhere. So finally I call in, sit on hold and finally talk to someone who says, "oops, not sure why that did not ship. You can cancel the order and re-enter it." I ask her if she can't do that and after a minute, she says she can. GREAT! Then a little while later I get an email that the replacement order was canceled because there was no stock. So now I have to get online and look for a replacement inner tube. Maybe the system could have supplied some options so I did not have to look everything up again?

Nice that they promise 2 day shipping, as I was going out of town and needed rain pants to match the jacket I bought while getting a tire changed. Received email Friday that the order was processed and shipped. Tracking shows a Monday delivery, great. Well Monday came and no pants, tracking number now showed Thursday delivery and pants arrived Friday. So much for free two day shipping. I emailed that Monday ( saying these were ordered due to size not in stock at my local store and I had a planned 5day ride leaving very early Wednesday)questioning why pants were sent via usps, and my response was sent wednesday afternoon saying I could go to a store and buy a pair.
Explained leaving Wednesday early morning for a 5 day ride ( sent Monday evening). Response was Wednesday afternoon saying I could go to a store and purchase them. Too late, Nevermind was billed already for the first pair that was sent non 2 day shipping.

The Progressive spring compressor for over the spring assembly with the cutout/hole was NOT larger than the spring retention plate so there was no way to compress the spring - made the whole thing pointless! Have to return it
