I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Very happy -excellent experience and will order from them again!
They had my tires available
Needed to replace my tires on my bike and competitors did not have available sizes for the front and back wheel. Cycle gear had them both and made the purchase very easy.

Somewhat of a poor selection on rear tires but not sure if that is cycle gears issue

I like ordering tires from Cycle Gear. They arrive quickly and undamaged.
This is a new tire for me. I usually run Dunlop Roadsmarts on my KTM 1190 but they were out of stock. After 800 miles of touring so far they are doing great.

My daughter was looking a specific Fox boot, but we were unsure if it was the correct boot because she saw it in another store but I wasn't showing the same online so our guys at the Chico,Ca location especially Colin went on the hunt to make sure the numbers were matching in the system and to make sure that they were the right boots before ordering... We got them in 2 days and my daughter was so so happy..
We choose cycle gear because they are also right there when we need them and they always show up and it's always a good time when we go into our local shop!
We just like the brands honestly. So we keep coming back because cycle gear can get it for us.

Before I ordered, I checked with the store to make sure they could install the Mousse tube. When I went to drop off my wheel for installation they informed me that they couldn't install it and don't offer this service. Now I had to scramble and find another shop to install it.

I went int o look at 3 different helmets and the person helping me was amazing. Guided me through the pros and cons of each helmet (even though I had read reviews online, the feedback was very helpful).
Great purchase and the helmet fitts perfectly!

I spent months weighing options on buying some new kit. I settled with cycle gear for the fast shipping and hassle free returns. I could've spent less buying & shipping from another country, but it would've ultimately cost more money and time if I needed to return anything. It's worth keeping the money in the US. A few extra bucks is worth it.

I went in to get a tired replacement and when I got the tired back I received it with the thread going the wrong way. I had to make another trip to get it fixed with no sort of compensation for a simple procedure that shouldn't have happened. This mistake cost me an extra day and two hours of the next day to go fetch, plus the mounting and maintenance of the rest of the bike for the day.

Great place to do business and will definitely keep shopping with them. Excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier. I had a helmet i ordered in a wrong size and they resolved it quickly for me. The guy at the counter was very helpful.
The best customer service. I needed to exchange/ return a helmet because I had bought the wrong size. Very helpful and resolved quickly.
They had a sale and support veterans by govID discounts. There is also a brick and mortar store around the corner from me that I had shopped at before and had a great customer service experience. Store was clean and had a decent selection of items.
I always wanted a legendary Arai helmet. They had them in stock. It fits a lot better than my Icon helmet as well. I prefer the Arai designs a lot more than the icons too. But you can’t beat Icon price.

I replaced the original Metzelers on my BMW G310GS with Tractionator Desert HT tires for better off-road performance. So far they are fantastic! I had them shipped directly to my Cycle Gear shop, who mounted them.
Availability of product that I wanted, excellent past experience with the Allison Park store.

First, I love the glossy finish on this helmet. Super easy to clean and looks great. Modular features are solid, with good clicks to know it is latched. Visors are expensive since they are Bell made. Weight is better than my prior cheap helmet. Not as light as carbon or solid but that what you should expect. Still get plenty of noise but again it is a modular, going to have more noise with all those seems. I also have all the vents open because it is super hot here in Texas so the noise could be from those. Good flow from the vents and I like the buttons for the vents are easy to find with gloves on.
Mid priced helmet with nice features

Walked in looking for a tire, they didn't have it so the employee made an online order for me did everything properly, professionally and right. Great costumer service. Package got here a week maybe a week n a half late. No damage but could use some wrapping, it's two tires zip tied. But over all great experience for buying my first set of tires.
Seems like a reliable store when I got my gear so I figured they would be good for tires if they got the right ones.

I went to the Norfolk CycleGear in search of a Nexx helmet I saw online and to get new gloves. When I got to the store, several employees were around to help customers. The selection was nice and I found suitable gloves and asked about the helmets. They didn't have them in store but helped me order it online and get it shipped to my house.
The selection was more than most other stores and the ability to try on gear.
I was doing research and saw good reviews.

The Kearny Mesa Cycle Gear in San Diego is my go to spot for new tires and tire mounting. Great customer relations with friendly courteous service. Just a bunch of good guys and gals.
Good selection of products
Good reputation for high quality and I had previously purchased the same product with satisfaction.

Eveyone at the San Marcos shop were great, helpful, and gave excellent service. Installing my product (Puig Windscreen for Yamaha Bolt) was a bit of a chore as the mounting brackets did not exactly line up with the screen but thankfully the material was flexible enough to mount it to the bike.
I always passed by before getting a bike so knew where to go for gear and products. But I also don't really know many stores in my area servicing riders.
It seemed the best fit for my bike and since it was bike specific, better than a universal system.
