I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Shopping in-store is like the chick fil a of moto sport. The employees are kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Shopping online the bear minimum quality assurance isn't there.

Paid on the 26th, confirmed on the 27th, shipped the 28th, and received on the 3rd. So much for 2 day shipping. Also, it was just thrown in a box and the package came apart. No care was taken, or desire to ship in the time promised.

I have bought tires and other things from Cycle Gear for years but never lived close to a store. When buying tires I call ahead to find when business would be slow and I could wait for the tire to be mounted. After driving 30 miles I got to the store when it opened and there were two employees present. One employee who could not put on the tire was helping another customer leaving me and the manager the only people in the store. I told the manager how I had traveled 30 miles and hoped to be able to wait for the new tire to be mounted. He said he had some delivers to make and reminded me of the 24 hr. Policy. Next time I will order tires online from whoever has the best price and free delivery to my how house.

The right visor connector did not have a cap/cover on it like the left side does. It's a black plastic round piece that goes over where the screw goes into the helmet.

I went there looking for gloves one of the staff asked if they could help me find something in particular. When I told him what I was looking for he helped me look and eventually helped me order the gloves on line, he helped me save money by applying things like my msf course number and notified me of other deals that were going on at the time.

Found nice full side zip rain pants at Cycle Gear. I ordered these before a trip and the order arrived in time. I tried the pants and they fit well and with the long (almost to waist) I can put them on with boots on. Haven't rode through rain with them yet but next week looks wet.

I've ordered several tires over the years from Cycle Gear. They have always been easy to deal with. They mount and balance the new tires and have never scratched or damaged anything. I'm a bit OCD about that stuff so I like not having to worry about what happens.

I ordered boots, however, the boots sizes run small and were tight in the toes. I returned them in store in Waukesha, WI and found a different pair of boots that fit and will work. I was surprised at having to go with a size 14 when I normally wear a 12-13.
