I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Bought this for my 2024 Kawasaki ninja 650 ABS and everything went well, first thing I installed on my bike so it did take me a long time but was worth it. Only issue I had was getting the rubber end of each turning signal into the appropriate spot in the mount, it didn't fit at all and took me an hour alone to do that part.

I settled on Shinko 705s. The stock in the online site is low or out the majority of the time for the tires I wanted. Not a big deal.
The installation was terrible. The service was amateurish at best. I will never be buying from Cyclegear in Lawrenceville GA.
Their team is very inexperienced in tire installation. The store manager did mine, because the regular employee was afraid to damage my new wheels. And he did a poor job him self. He could seat the front tire. He stated it's because the compressor is not the best. I have installed tires with my bare hands and a small compressor at my home. How can he, having better tools, not get the job done efficiently?

Also for it to take 3 days is crazy to get a "we tried, but couldn't do it" Is pretty sorry for a large company like cycle gear.
I thought the installation was a good deal but it turned out to be a waste of time and money.
I chose the product because it is a good value. Shinko did a great job with the tire not cycle gear.

The selection of tires is always out of stock.
I had to settle for something cheaper because cyclegear never got more product in stock. I waited well over a 2 months for a specific set of tires. Tourances.

Went to cycle gear knowing that I had to special order a few things. The clerk at the store, Bella was a great help in getting g everything ordered. She even got me enrolled in the Loyalty program.

The helmet size and style I wanted was not available in the store. It was ordered, and arrived and was available for pickup a day or two earlier than the projected eta. Very satisfied with the service provided by CG.
Best selection of motorcycle products in the relatively small urban area where I live.
Chose the item after salesperson assessed my needs, provided a number of options and offered ideas and suggestions. I appreciated that I wasn't directed toward more expensive options than what my needs and wants required.

As a long-time Revzilla customer, I purchased almost all my cycling needs through them. I had seen the Cycle Gear stores but never went into one. Then I was in the market for a new hot weather jacket and decided to try Cycle Gear to try on some different models. What a wonderful surprise when I walked in and was immediately greeted by a super friendly and extremely knowledgeable salesman. He answered my questions and they even had the jacket I wanted in stock. I then was delighted to learn that Cycle Gear and Revzilla have joined forces. This is perfect because the exemplary customer service and product selection I've received through the years is now available at a brick and mortar store with an amazing selection and a similar level of customer service. I also joined the RPM program and already reaper the benefits of that. I can't imagine buying from another source other than Cycle Gear/Revzilla - this is the position that companies strive to be in and these guys have achieved that for my cycling needs.

Bought new replacement tires from online. They were not in store but shipped and arrived within two business days. I was notified of their arrival and was able to have my buddy pick them up. Nice extra was them calling me directly to verify I authorized him to pick up on my behalf even with all the order information on hand.
