I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

It said I can return it at the store near me so the next day that they were open, I went by and, they quickly help me find exactly what I was looking for in the right size and the price range that I wanted great people great customer service great products I will return

The guy at the store, ordered a faceshield for my helmet and said I should have it in about 3 days. Well the USPS sent first to Memphis, then to Indianapolis, from there for some reason it went to Salt Lake city. Where it spent 6 days, and then shipped to Chicago. Not CycleGrar fault. So I ordered one from another vendor, and got it sooner. Now I have a spare.

The helmets were nice but one helmet did not fit right and the other that fit had a defective sun visor. We returned to the store. 3 stars for helmets, 5 stars for service.

The communication with online orders is non existent. Orders was later than stated when first buying. Also, there wasn't any updates at all on the late orders until i had to personally call customer service a day after the items was suppose to be there. Put me in a bind and had to go out and re purchase items i already was waiting for.

I recall visiting CycleGear in Vernon (Manchester?) CT with my dad and getting a chain and larger back sprocket for my Honda SL100 when I was 16 or 17. I think we got helmets and other things there too. It's been a while, glad CycleGear is still in business, they must be doing something right. Now I'm 67 and live in Maine.
I trust the brand name, they have what I needed.

Experienced rider who needed a new helmet before a long weekend ride. Came in the Tuesday before knowing the helmet i wanted but unsure about the size. Simba provided awesome customer service. When I came in you didn't have what I needed, which is cool, we ordered it, I paid in full for it, and they said they would text me when it came in, great I thought. However more then two weeks went by, so I finally called to see the status, and they said oh yeah it's been in. Great, was anyone going to tell the customer? Just hopeful I would forget?

Convenient and easy. I ordered the tire online, followed the tracking they sent me and the store notified me it was there right when it arrived. I took my wheel in and they had it mounted and balanced the same day.
