I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

Based on Instagram ads, seemed like they had the best selection of what we were looking for.

Ok, so I order a 500.00 dollar pair of boots. Received the package today for a ride we are doing this weekend. When I opened the package what I received was a jacket. Immediately called customer service, explained that I needed my boots overnighted to me. He was more concern about getting the jacket back. I said, look if you can't get me the boots by Friday, please cancel the order and I will order from Revzilla. He became very sarcastic and said, sure order from our sister company. He then accuses me of making fun of him and hangs up on me. Wow!

Mirrored gold visor looked exactly as I had expected and was in new condition even as an open-box clearance item. I had it shipped to my nearest cycle gear store and received regular, timely email updates as it shipped and was delivered and ready for pickup. Wasn't able to pick it up right away after delivery, so I gave Cycle Gear a call to let them know I had an item waiting and my projected day to come get it- they told me no rush and when I did swing by they knew my exact order as soon as I offered my name. The staff member was even sure to double check that it would fit my helmet model. Very happy with the product and the process.

I got the phone holder I wanted, exactly as described, the custom case was correct and fit perfectly on the first shot. This is the standard for how businesses should be fulfilling their orders and taking care of their customers. Well done, highly recommended.
They have been reliable in the past with helping my riding experience. They're direct and knowledgeable and the staff are actually pleasant and helpful.

I'm new to motorcycles, I do have experience in automotive repair and Sunday funday track days, every time I go to the shop, I'm never really pressured I to getting anything, for every suggestion, it's pretty rounded to what I've been looking for.
Its the closest motorcycle shop next to my shop, also justify doing work lunch near willow glen
Brake pads- just a new to me bike refresh, also I know ebc since my track car has em for track days
Tire- super important in terms of grip and my first ever time buying a new Michelin anything
Gloves- helped relieve hand fatigue
Phone mount - it kinda sucked not being able to change songs mid ride

I purchased tires from Cycle Gear specifically to have the tires mounted and balanced at Cycle Gear with the discount.
Unfortunately for me, the equipment was down at Cycle Gear in San Antonio so I had to have them replaced at another shop.
The price for installation (on the bike) would have been cheaper if I would have purchased them through the shop.

I ordered three tires shipped to my local Cycle Gear in Spokane, Washington. They arrived on schedule. The store notified me of their on time arrival. I delivered my rims and they mounted and balanced them right away. When I picked them up, they were mounted in the correct rotation (not always the case at other shops). I appreciate the crew at my local Cycle Gear. They know their stuff and are always friendly and professional.
