I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
When I searched for tubeless tires it gave me ALL tires. In addition, I would put a front tire in the cart then it would say there was not rear available when they actually meant, that same size is not available. Very poor programming. I was given an option for information about tire installation, but the link went to a pop up with NOTHING. Then there was delivery confusion when I included an oil filter with two tires. I fixed that by removing the oil filter (I will purchase from Amazon later). Finally, the checkout on your website was horrible. I forgot to add the security code but your website did not give me help figuring out what was wrong. Instead, it put a little red box around the code location and that was way OFF SCREEN. Again, very poor programming. OK, I finally figured that one out then your website would not accept the "continue". I had to leave your website and re-enter to get the check out to function. You need to hire a different programming company. Hire one that actually uses test methods. Your website is not user friendly and I wasted too much time figuring out how to use it. PS I TEACH computer programming. Your vendor does not understand the human aspects of the user interface.
I thought it would be easy and I like the tire installation in the past.

My wife and I have been wearing Arai helmets for quite a few years but are getting hard to find now. Salesman Ty located and procured the helmets we were looking for. Believe it or not - when they came in they fit well.
Only bike shop that carries a great amount of helmets.
Arai is a premier product and fits our heads well.

Went to the store nearest to me for what i was looking for. Employee called another store 45 min away to put the item on hold. Drove over to pick up the item and as i was about to swipe my card i noticed the shield didn't say RF14 but 12. So clearly the guy was about to sell me the wrong item despite the phone call and me driving 45 min away. Needless to say they had to order/ship it to my house so I couldn't use the helmet that week.

I ordered a fender eliminator for my Yamaha R3. I was able to to put in all my bike info and it gave me a few different options that would fit my bike. Once I ordered it it shipped and arrived in the time frame the provided. I haven't put it on yet but the initial buying process was smooth.

I had to order a new helmet because the one I bought at our local Cycle Gear was too small. The salesperson talked me into getting a Medium size helmet when I knew I needed a Large instead. I went back to the store and they did not have the helmet I needed in stock. The ordering process online was easy enough and the helmet arrived in 4 days.
They usually have the best selection in the area.
