I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

Everything went well, but the helmet is too small. I chose a large because I have a "bilt" helmet that's a large. Apparently the electronics probably account for the difference in size.
I've always choose Cycle Gear when appropriate.
I've had a Bell and Bilt helmet, but now I'm trying to find a Bluetooth integrated helmet.

A few years ago I got back into serious riding with a purchase of the legendary Honda Valkyrie Tour. But it was only this year that I accepted an offer to join an old buddy and ride up to Lake George N.Y. For the Americade Rally. As such it was time to upgrade from my longtime HJC shorty helmet to a brand new Bilt brand modular helmet with Bluetooth capability.
Before ordering the helmet I went to my nearby CycleGear store to check out the various helmets and tried them on for size too. Then, after mixing & matching and comparing the different types, style, and of course, price point. I made my selection for a BILT Techno 3.0 modular helmet w/Sena Bluetooth as it checked off all the boxes. I held off making my in store purchase as I wanted to still research other vendors. So upon further review I concluded that it was the right helmet for me and CycleGear was the right place to order. And boy am I glad I did! I tried on my new helmet (size 2XL) it did not feel as comfortable as when I tried it on at the CycleGear store. No worries ! I packed the helmet back up and drove to my local CycleGear store where the knowledgeable staff evaluated the fit and determined that indeed I had selected the correct size As it turned out was that it being a full-face modular, it was noticeably heavier then the half-helmet that I wore! So having that ability to access the store for hands on customer service was priceless for this seasoned rider!

1. Boots were not easy to put on as there is no loop or other strap to assist pulling on, event right sized to my foot, and the BOA system pulled way out, it was a bit of a struggle. Perhaps a 1/2 size up will work.
2. BOA system is cool, but still have to watch tongue and laces as they get caught up out of the boot and have to be fixed to retain correctly
3. Size is odd, they seem thin vs normal, wish there was a wide version.

This is a second liner for my helmet so I have the option to rotate them. Wear one, wash one. Anyway I went to buy this a very looooonnnggg time ago and it just came back in stock. Seriously, what if the one that came with the helmet got damaged? Ride without a helmet? I don't think so. So the only option would have been to purchase a second helmet and if this is the way Sedeci supports their products I won't buy another.

Unfortunately, almost everything I have bought has been unavailable at the Orlando store and I have had to resort to buying online. I wish there were more things in the store so I could actually try things on but I realize you can't stock everything.

Found what I needed. Fedex took forever to get it here and the packages were left out in the rain. Luckily no damage, but use a different shipper. Fedex is terrible and cannot be much cheaper than ups, their drivers actually seem to care at least a bit.

When it comes to motorcycle parts, I don't know much. In my experience, the parts guys are knowledgeable and haven't tried to finesse BS answers into sounding right. When they haven't been able to help,they've pointed me in the Right direction. That helps a guys like me how knows little about bikes. So far they've been spot on.

Ordered the smaller Shoei cheek pads for a size large helmet. (Stock 35mm vs new 31mm) These made a great helmet much more comfortable. No more pressure on the upper jaw/cheek area.

I recently made a purchase at the store located near torrance and was initially pleased with the quality of the products and the friendly service provided by a female employee. However, my experience took a negative turn when I was assisted by a male employee who displayed a lack of professionalism and made me regret my purchase.
