I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
As always, Cycle Gear is my first choice for motorcycle related items. This time I was ordering new tires, Michelin Scorcher 11, the tires were delivered in 2 days, and very well packed. A+!

I highly recommend Cycle Gear, all the time the sale person is an experienced motorcycle rider, with a lot of hints and suggestions, checking details on your purchase, from the way that even gloves fits/feels to the best that you can go for whatever you want. The experience in dealing with the shop and their team was a good experience. Unfortunately I made the mistake of having it delivered to my house. It was 1 1/2 weeks after I ordered the part that I received delivery of the part.

I recently purchased a new Bell Racestar DLX Flex Offset Helmet through CycleGear.com, but the helmet size was wrong for me. So, to my fortune I have a Cycle Gear outlet near me and the store tech was able to return it and order the correct size helmet quite quickly without issue. I've purchased multiple products at the local Cycle Gear outlet and the customer service has been great!!!

Shipping time was not 2- 5 days. It took 48 hrs for items to get shipped after purchase. Had multiple unknown delays in shipping. One excuse was weather on a sunny day. Took 10 days to arrive. Will only buy items in stock, or maybe a store transfer in the future.
