I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
It provided many choices and it was easy. Other customers provided good ratings.

Tires were as advertised online. But needed mounting to go with them. Website didn't specifically say Indianapolis store had no service. So I ordered tires delivered to Indianapolis instead of my home. A hour away.
Price, availability and apparently mounting service.

The four weekend creations that occupied floor space on Saturday were "about as much use as an one legged man in an arse kicking contest"! Checked my email for tracking my order and it said my order had arrive Friday noon. Gave them the part number which they couldn't find on the computer, gave them the order number which they couldn't find either but they sure knew how to use their cell phones. Told them what the item was and requested they look out back, 15 minutes later, no luck. Showed them a screen shot of the arrival confirmation of said part delivered to post box at 12:08 the Friday day before. "Oh I forgot about the post box" said the idiot in charge. She turned to her two newbe numb-nuts that I assume she was trying to train and said "this'll be fun, I'll show you where the post box is"! Finally after another 10 minutes they returned with the part. NOT BLOODY HAPPY!
Normally efficient helpful. Not this time. NEVER AGAIN.
The young Hispanic male that works weekdays is always helpful and knowledgeable. Often purchase more when I visit store.

I ordered through CycleGear because it showed the bag in stock and that it could be delivered in two-days with my CycleGear membership. The order was placed but the item wasn't shipped until a week later. I would have appreciated an update to set the right expectations, instead of the ones I was led to believe on your site.
Fast shipping and availability.
I love Kriega products build quality. This backpack was no different.

Love the feel of my 50th anniversary Dixxon flannel. Not too heavy and not extremely thin, I've had both, this one is awesome. I'm 6'5" and when riding, the sleeves always feel too short, but not with this one, stays on the wrist. Will probably buy more in the future.
Trustworthy and time tested products by riders
Been wanting to buy a Dixxon flannel for a while, plenty of friends telling me how comfortable they are

I was skeptical of how my new LS2 helmet would be. I hadn't seen one in the store and had to order it online, sight unseen. It arrived quickly to my local store and was perfect. The latest safety ratings and features, a light weight, drop down sun visor, and ALL below $200!
I’ve had good past experiences with cycle gear.
The safety rating and features combined with the price.

I did some window shopping online and found the Helmet I wanted. I went to the local CycleGear store and placed my order with the friendly staff. I had it delivered to the store, and I received it in a few days when promised. The staff made sure the helmet fit properly before I left. I will definitely be shopping here again.
I like dealing face to face, and CycleGear has a local shop in Medford Oregon
I was well overdue for a new helmet.

When it comes to women gear, we need more. I feel that the women department lacks on women's fashion. Yea, we ride but I also wanna be cute
Customer service is awesome and it's convenient.
The jeans came with protection and also can be a universal outfit while riding

Staff on site was super helpful. They did not have the size I was looking for, but pulled one size larger and smaller from the shelf so I could try the fit. Ended up ordering online and having it shipped to the store. Fast, easy, genuinely impressed!
CycleGear has always done right by me. They offer great insight on their products, have helped me locate hard to find parts and supplies, and continue to impress with their outstanding customer service.
I was looking for a relaxed fit that offered some protection. This hoodie fits well, feels comfortable, and has armor in the elbows and shoulders. I already had a back piece to insert to complete the assembly.

Needed to order a specialized battery for my Vespa. Not available in typical auto parts stores. Was thrilled that Cycle Gear had the right battery available. Delivery came 1-2 days earlier than I'd expected, which was a bonus.
They have great inventory and are very responsive. We have a Cycle Gear store not too far away, so I can even return items there if needed.

Easy to navigate and search and follow my order status with tracking. Only advice I have is that in product pictures, I have to click the link to see other images, where most other sites allow you to scroll or press left/right buttons to navigate through available product images. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.
Great products and great reputation
Good price and US shipping

Cycle Gear made my purchase easy with delivery directly to the store where I was able to try on the product to ensure proper fit. Sales staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help.
Cycle Gear location is close to my office, with multiple locations and website there is a large number of products available.
Chose the Bell Bullitt after reading several reviews on Cycle Gear and other websites.

Shopping experience at King of Prussia was superb - highly recommended! This order was supposed to be shipped to home address - software glitch resulted in helmet being shipped to store…not a big deal in this case.
Selection and ability to try sizing.

I had this shipped to the store so I could try on the Klim Outriders. Picked up at Cycle Gear Portland on Stark. Hard to get out of there without spending more money! Friendly and helpful staff.
Convenience, competitive price, local brick and mortar stores I like to support.

It's very nice to have a supplier who stocks so many items plus has a local store. I had them install my tires and the free ship to store is nice to have.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem that I had was waiting for one of the things I ordered. One showed up on time, the other was 2 to 3 days later. I think it had to do with the postal service.

They had the Bridgestone Ax41s I was looking for in stock and at a fair price. Delivery was super quick. Thanks
Ease of shopping
I originally wanted the Continental TKC 80s but they've been discontinued for a while and can't find them in stock. The Bridgestone Ax 41s were my second choice and in stock.

I have ordered from cyclegear several times now and am very satisfied with the quality of parts, tires, and tools i have bought from them. Will definitely recommend to a friend and will use the service again myself too.
I bought the wrong tire size and they replaced it with no fuss. I just returned the old one and talked to some dude and he helped me out.
Overall, places to find parts locally is a hassle anymore. Cycle gear has stores near me and shipping is quick and accurate. I would like to see a bigger one parts selection with schematics to help with order accuracy.
Research showed ease of use and durable build.

We got my little guy his first minibike. Shin and ankle protection is a must for beginners. Cycle gear had a really good selection for youth riding boots.
CycleGear is my go to for riding gear. Most times I can find what I need in stock at one of my local stores but if not I can get it on the web site.
The boots were at a decent price and provided the protection needed.

Ordered a rear tire by phone, having it shipped to the store for mounting. CG rep was knowledgeable and competent. Unfortunately CG did not notify me when the tire arrived...I had to call to inquire about delivery. I took my old wheel/tire to the store and they mounted & balanced it within about a half hour. I installed the mounted tire and test drove on the freeway confirming that the balancing was done correctly.
Good reputation, fair pricing, and competant people
Trying to find the "right' tire for my riding style and fair pricing.
