I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Received the package in perfect condition. Very satisfied with my order.

I am looking for a hi-vis helmet. The rear of this helmet is grey camouflage, kind defeats the purpose. I want to avoid collisions from all sides- I am returning. The fit was great but safety is my #1 concern.

The guys inside the store were super helpful in finding my helmet (what I went in for). I didn't really know my size but the guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and made some great suggestions about which helmet might work for me! I was told to order a 2x helmet. Iusually wear a 1xl. I was told I could return it if it was too small and buy a 3xl. There is no 3xl, I had to go elsewhere.

CycleGear had the jacket I wanted in its name, size and color. Check out with PayPal was easy. The jacket was not in stock at my local store, but shipping fee was $0. Delivery was quicker than stated. Overall a very simple transaction with no complications.

The whole store in Rancho Cordova was great, and super helpful with ordering the larger tires size for my daughter's honda navi. They researched a larger size tire before I made it to the store. I was then able to place my order for delivery to my home. Really appreciate everyone at cycle gear, thank you again for the help.

Michelin tires are the best tires out their. I replaced the tires on my own bike with Michelin and noticed an immediate improvement, same with my daughter's navi. Great tires great company.

Jay helped me set up the tire order as well as the drop off. He is excellent. Tires came within a matter of days even though I ordered them on a weekend, and installation was just as quick. My only gripe would be that I wish that I could've just dropped the bike off instead of bringing the wheels in! But not a big deal

Needed saddle bags, They didn't have in stock so the sales person ordered them for me. I did not want the fake leather. I wanted real leather. What I got was cardboard covered with a thin layer of leather, Worst saddle bags I have ever owned and some of the more expensive ones. Sad to say they were made in the USA. Such poor quality. Easy to see why eveything is made in china. My previous bags although fake leather were much nicer and half the price of course they were Chinese made. I've had to go home

Ordered set of Biltwell handlebar grips to the store, thinking it would be a lot quicker than shipping them to my house. I was wrong. The grips took almost a full week to ship, and some more to get delivered to the store. Luckily, I wasn't in such a rush, but still surprised by how long it took to be delivered to the store.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed on the phone with me while we tried to track my package. And called me back when they said they would. Its been a long time since I've had satisfactory customer service and im glad the staff at Cyclegear are killing it.

I originally purchased these pants online and they were one size too small for me. I was able to return them at my local store and receive store credit which they use to purchase a replacement in the correct size. Since I was at the store I was able to try on a few sizes of the same pants, just in a different color to ensure I selected the size.
I like that they have local storefronts.
