We have been dealing with this company for several year from 2010 till 2013 as a supplier. Suddenly they have stopped to pay their bill in june 2013. Later they claimed not paying their bill due to goods not being delivered from an operation dated from february 2013 whereas their PO was signed EXW and whereas they aksed us to keep their goos for another operation they were supposed to have.

There are other people which are victim of those people and left with unpaid bill. (2 suppliers already are left with unpaid bill, leading to courthouse in Paris)
Some employees they had in USA also left unpaid.

Whatever you are a supplier or a customer, we recommend to stay away D-CARTE company and Mr Maidenberg Claude.

The way he push his creditor automatically to go to his lawyer as an easy solution instead of finding compromise indicate that the company is probably soon going to go to bankruptcy.

As it is B2B business we recommend any client and supplier to stay away from giving any order to them otherwise your money could be eaten and you would never see your goods to be delivered.
