This class is my mid-week treat. This is not a workout you just check off your list…it's one you actually look forward to. Sam is super sweet and does a great job at tailoring the material to different experience levels. She starts us off with a stretching sequence, then we move into a strength training mini session, and conclude with a fun cheer/dance routine. The biggest compliment I can give the class…it is the ONLY class where I'm not checking the clock every 10-15 minutes waiting for it to be over. Fun instructor, fun music, fun times :)
I love this class! This class is different from other cardio dance classes I've taken before. Samantha is a former NFL cheerleader and makes the class so fun, I almost forget I'm getting a great workout! I love the music, I leave sweaty and smiling!

Get ready to let your hair down and boost your energy! Each class focuses on one choreographed routine, showcasing different genres each time. The best part is when we add poms for additional fitness and FUN! The environment is friendly and non-intimidating, and the class allows a chance to connect with other women in the community. Wear flat-soled shoes or dance sneakers and please bring water.
