Scammer, taking out peoples money. Voucher money they make 0 balance when I buy 500 taka products and they make my 6000 taka to 0 balance. Unbelievable. Stealing my money. As long not getting money I will put reviews everywhere. Peoples should know how they steal money.

Very poor in identifying the real consumers. They cancelled few of my orders last time due to some technical glitches. Now they are referring those as a plea for not letting me use the cash on delivery option. Moreover, someone should hear their apathetic voice while informing their failure. Please at first know how to repent for cancelling any order then step in the business or whatever. Finally, you better remember that you are not the only option available in this platform.

I ordered a magic pipe that was supposed to be 50 feet long. Instead, the one they sent me is only 10 feet long. The water flow is also very slow. I can barely use it at al. My verdict is that this online store is not reliable.

I have been a long time customer of this company since 2017/18 but "This company's utter lack of competence and negligence is appalling and unacceptable. The customer service team is always unable to provide any kind of satisfactory solutions and resorts to providing excuses instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings. The process for returning the item is also deeply problematic, with the company's pickup team failing to show up repeatedly. The company's delivery team was equally disappointing, with my package arriving far later than promised most of the time.
It is clear that this company has a severe lack of quality control measures in place and is home to numerous fraudulent sellers and negligent workers in both their customer service and delivery departments.
My experience with Daraz was nothing short of a nightmare, and I advise others to avoid buying from them unnecessarily if they don't want to go through a headache.
They should be held accountable for their fraudulence, incompetence and negligence."

I brought a dress for 10 dollars which is about 1k bdt but when I received and opened the package it was empty. There was no dress. It was from Daraz certified shop called IELGY. They scammed me and refused to return the money. And the customer service said that I was the one at fault. Indeed their service is very poor. Literally worst experience!

Received gloves and musk in torn and damaged package. As those( musk and gloves)suppose to protect us, so the packaging must be in that way! So we returned both items. The rider took both items and doesn't share any acknowledgement paper. Then I got email that was informing me my return request has been canceled!
I contacted with the customer care and they denied and was asking the acknowledgement paper from the rider. So when I informed him that the rider didn't gave me anything he said "amader ei bishoye kichu korar nei"!

One of my bros bought a pant, but it was size was not even close to the advertised one. Returning it was more expensive than the product itself. So My toy soldier's is wearing it now.

Daraz is the most disappointed Brand. There are so many Products are Bad, Humble and Fiasco. In my opinion it Deserve Zero star. Don't go there because there are so many bad things. Save money

Daraz Send Defective Product and Their Return policy Good for nothing
I Brought a Product with 399 BDT but got refunded only 6 BDT when I returned the defective product. I paid the product using Bkash darz gift card.
They told me I didn't got my 396 BDT Because I paid it with Daraz Gift Card.

In brief: I lost my 396 BDT
I have say it was a smooth scam.

IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN ONE MONTH DARAZ TEAM ARE TELLING SORRY THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE MY PRODUCT, VERY MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE.

Daraz is Totally fraud. I personally suggest people not to buy anything from daraz (specially the cheap products).

Stay away from the side. I wonder a wach they give me a second hand demis which band. So don't bay any thing.
