Response is quite prompt. Tried to call the toll free and my account manager answered. Could not get immediate resolution but the request sent to support team and resolved in hours later. Overall good company to work with.

I was hesitated to sign up but after shopping around, I can't find better deal than dating software builder. Since they provide 30 days money back, I decided to give it a shot. After an hour chatting on the live chat, the staff seemed to be "still" very patient. He did answer all my questions, although they don't provide any live demo. I can totally understand that - they don't want people to mess around. No matter what, I signed up finally, for Premium plan. Wish me luck! I didn't go all the way to Enterprise, because I want to test the water first. I might upgrade to Enterprise if I am satisfied with their software and services. My dating website was setup the first day without much help from the tech. The tools are very friendly and easy to use. That's true. I hoped I would run into some kind of trouble so I could buzz the tech. I will post more feedback when I find out more whether it's good or bad.

Yes, it has bugs. But I have now tried 5 different companies for my site, including building my own. Yahoo merchant (lots of programming expenses to get it to do what I wanted), socialgo (not as flexible, no adult content), chameleon (scam), ning (stupid), and this. I have went back and forth with the customer service on things. They have been responsive and fixed them, albeit slowly. For the price it is they best thing thus far I have found.

I've purchased the dating software 7 months ago and all I can say is that their software is very friendly even for those who don't have any technical knowledge at all. Everything can be done at the admin panel easily. And every time I'm having problems with the site, George and the rest of Datingsitebuilder's support team are always there to give me assistance. I have messaged them numerous questions already and I always get the answers in less than 1 day.

I read through all reviews and seems like datingsitebuilder.com has some unsatisfied customers along with some happy customers. Most of the reviews are fairly old like 3-4 years. Anyone has recently bought their dating software? These type of Internet companies change rapidly especially their customer support team to keep up with competitors. I checked their website and it seems very professional. I also fall for their pricing, features, and templates. If they have made improvements, I don't mind signing up for their free trials.

Signed up for the Dating Solution. Called the toll free and support walked me through the setup. It took about 25 minutes to complete the site. I thought it's fair enough. Sent in my design in PSD, they integrated it with my website in 2 days. Support has been helpful. You may have to ask for Senior Admin. I know they have some Jr. Support who's less experience. But they show willingness to help. Satisfied service.

Kudos to datingsitebuilder, because them, I don't need to study years just to have my very own dating website. I contacted them last month and inquired about their package. Scammers! They take your money as quick as they can but dont offer any support for their customers. I bought the stand alone dating software for $99 and thought to get a software that works for that price. But the software has many bugs, does not run on PHP 5.5 and main features are missing. Passwords are saved 1:1 into the database without any encryption. If you have no programming knowledge you have to hire a developer in order to get the script running. Do not count on the service that datingsitebuilder.com promises. They will let you wait weeks or months. If you want to start a dating site, do not make the failure and spend your money on datingsitebuilder.com. It is not worth having the trouble later.

Hmm, it's been just a few months since I subscribe to datingsitebuilder.com but so far, I like their services.

For me, the things that make them likable are:

Their pricing- It's cheaper compared to others.

Customer support- hmm slightly fast, they responded within 24 hours after I emailed them. Though, I'm hoping they can improve it more. Perhaps, 24/7 live chat support.

Profiles- their package includes profiles already so there's no need to start from scratch.

Overall, I think I made a good deal with datingsitebuilder.

This is the worse, After paying them for the entreprise plan and waiting two weeks for a product, they took my money, sent me another bill and have yet to set up my site. Now I; m fighting to get a refund but no one answers the phone or responds to emails. They will take your money and go into your account without giving you their product. RUN!

I have used different dating scripts. I have tried skadate, it's quite good but too expensive and not user friendly. It's very hard to customize. I changed 3 programmers and non liked it! I have also tried abk-soft, it's a crap. Datingsitebuilder's dating software is the best by far. It's easy to customize and support is helpful.

Rude tech support that barely speaks English. Low quality tools that are unintuitive and full of bugs. Hidden startup fee that doesn't get refunded. I suspect that the positive testimonials and customer websites were created by the owners to trick people.

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company. As other reviews mentioned, they do not hold up to what they say... they put things off, and do NOTHING but take your money! They delay until your 30 days is up just like the other reviewer stated. I gave them the 7 days they asked for, and then I cancelled, it doesn't take that long to build a web site. I cancelled well within their cancellation period and I am still fighting to get my money back through paypal. Now they won't respond because they are caught in the act of FRAUD. They have cost me loss in business, time, and money. If I have to take them to court, I will. No problem, and they will be paying me more than what they took from me - they cost me a loss in business, time, and money. They are a SCAM, that is all.

After paying for a "Enterprise" subscription, waiting for 7 days, having been hung up on, having been lied to, having been told that it would be finished customization in a day or two having Gordon hang up the phone on me because I wanted to speak to a manager. The only thing these guys seem to know how to do is to charge your credit card immediately. I can not state how upset I am with this group. They have not done one thing they said they would. It is the closest thing to fraud as I have ever seen. I would not trust any of them. I will say that if they actually do get my site up and if by chance its how I speced it my opinion might change but at this point. Run, don't walk from this group.

Purchased software for my site & the crap does not work & refuses to give a refund. Could not even post an ad, nor was there an admin control panel. Could not even change from their name to my domain name. The bad thing about it was that 2Checkout stood by them. I told them that if the crap would even work, it would be different.

This site is a scam! The templates that they sell are not what they say they are. The one I purchased is a complete waste. The references on their site are not all real references. I paid to have additional changes made and was told over and over that they were being done, but never were made. When asking for my money back they told me know. The customer support # on their site is for a medical company of some sort for people over 65

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am a webmaster and have been one for years. These people will not help you once they get your money. It is hard to cancel and please do not buy a domain from them because they will keep it. They will never answer the phone. Please dont waste your money with them you will be disappointed. You have been warned. They kept billing me after I cancelled.

Stay away from these guys, they are so slow and confused about the support. It takes 3 or more days to answer. Saying straight i wouldnt go with them even if they give me free script and host and all the rest. Its not worthy. I dont know how thse guys are surviving in business with this kind of customer support

These people are scam artists. Thieves. I paid them hundreds of dollars to install software on my website. It never materialized. At first they seemed friendly and responsive, told me that the work would be carried out "very soon", or "within 24 hours", but weeks went by and nothing happened. When I asked them for a refund they just ignored me. I have emailed them at least a dozen times asking for my money back. They just don't reply. I have reported them to the police and to Mastercard.
Whether that will come to anything I have no idea. But they've ripped me off, and they're still advertising the software that I paid them to install, so presumably they are ripping off many other people too. To anyone thinking of paying them money - don't!
By the way, they also operate as Profilenetwork. Same 2CO account, same crooks.
