I am old customer of datingsitebuilder.com. Their service has been up and down but there's lot of improvement in 2012. I can't even remember when was the last time the server went down. I do not believe what others said about server outages or bugs as "frequent". They are "over-reacting" of what they are unhappy about. I have been using them for these many years and there may be bugs only when they added new features or modified existing features, but they fixed it right away when it's reported or found. I just want to tell my true story and help others. Sitejabber is not the best place to judge a business because the reviews are not trustworthy.

I signed up for Datingsitebuilder's Small Business Plan last month. I intended to build a social network for my niche. I thought they have great dating features but not so much for social networking. Customer support has been great and helpful. I canceled within 30 days and asked for a refund. They refunded me the next day, although setup fee is not refunded per their policy. I wish they will improve the social networking modules soon and I might consider signing up again!

It's nothing difficult, that you have to use get used to it and know where and what you are looking for. On the top left corner, there's support link which I liked on and was able to chat with live customer support in real time. But there were times where I couldn't reach a live person and had to submit a support ticket. Overall, it's great experience using them.

Great software here in dating site builder, great support, and good price compared to services. It's very easy to customize, especially I can easily drag and drop contents. Support is limited to help desk but response is fast. Overall, using the dating site builder is easier than riding on the wave!

I was hesitated but after I purchased, it's not too bad. The software is easy to use and customize nevertheless. For the price I paid for which was $99, it's worth it. It does save lots of my time to code from scratch.

SCAMMERS! I have been trying to get a refund since October (Its Jan.)! They say they want the ticket number I gave to cancel the site, but of course they have de-activated my account so I can't get the ticket number! I asked several times for a refund before total cancellation! I gave my activiation information, personal information, etc... they should have my payment history no problem! HORRIBLE customer service! Very unprofessional! They answer on a cell phone in the car, do not transfer u because there is no one to transfer to! The pics on thier site are fake! Just a couple of kids.

I am on Enterprise plan, maybe that's different story? I got treated pretty well, receiving response quickly, website setup without putting my hands on my laptop. What's more can i ask for? But I am on the best plan, if I am not treated well, I would be gone by now, no kidding.

I had purchased a script from the site Feb 27th. Nothing worked, not even the domain. I cancelled within 24 hours. They were very quick to take my money from my visa, but seem to have a serious problem refunding my money. I cancelled well within the 30 days so why can they not simply refund my money within the same 30 day time period. I had such high hopes when I had purchased from them. My hopes were dashed by a crappy script, etc and no matter how many emails I send them they do not acknowledge me. I feel so ripped off.

I WAS interested in becoming a datesitebuilder customer but after reading these negative reviews I looked into this site deeper. I've been trying to get with customer service for two weeks now. Haven't heard anything from them yet! All these reviews praising their CMS is clearly someone from Datesitebuilder trying to overshadow to negative reviews. I don't trust datesitebuilder at all

Since I made a payment thru paypal, which linked in to the 2checkout shopping cart, I was able to recoupe $29.95, of the $39.95 I paid to use the service after 30 minutes. I got scammed out of $10.00 they call a setup fee, which you have to set up yourself. Service is filed with a lot of hidden fee's which will make it hard to start a dating service if your'e on a tight budget. You also have to pay an additional fee to have a shopping cart, or any other feature's you may want to use, for your site. You could end up spending $70.00 or more per month just to use this service.

I am a client of DatingSiteBuilder, I believe that this company value their customers at its best. I am happy to be part of this because the company has a great customer service with well-mannered and knowledgeable employees. The company utilizes high class tools and having less error. I feel their concern to me every time I have problems with the service and in that way I feel my worth as a client.

If you are looking t make money with your wn dating site, don't waste your money with these people. I wouldn't say they scam you but their customer service is non-existent, and their sites and templates are terrible. You'll never get members to join a site you get from these folks. They have a lot of work to do.

Software is full of bugs. Customer service is non-existant. They guarantee a 30 day full refund which is an absolute lie. They take your money and pretend you don't exist. Total scammers. Total thieves!

I don't know what to do. I have read the horriable things about datinsitebuilder about the features not working even though I paid for them. I still cannot find my web site online even though they told me it's up a running correctly and I have to agree with most people, the support sucks! I was at my computer for 4 hours on day just trying to get support to aswer one question and it has been two weeks later and my issue is not resolved. I wish I would have never signed up with these people.

I started my site with them and from the first month I have had problems. Payment Problems(I pay and they say it was not received, NOW still I have no access to my account after 2 months) next They raise the prices first buy $10.00 and now to $149.99 A month. I have been trying to get my MEMBERS profile and they refuse to give them to me. I even offered to buy the software but still no answer. I have tried this site for a while, it crashed 2-4 times for me, unable to use the page or thier homepage to contact them. Written to them for over 2 month that I want to cancel my account, as im unable to do it myself, as i only get an error code when I try. They responded ok in the beginning, but now they didnt answer for 2 month, so of course they charged me for this, even though I asked how to cancel my payments, they just ignore.
