Just signed up for the Small Biz. The setup of dating software seems to be easy. Still learning to use the control panel. Got some help from support using help desk and online live chat. Response is quite prompt. Tried to call the toll free and my account manager answered. Could not get immediate resolution but the request sent to support team and resolved in hours later. I purchased a feature 5 days ago that hasn't been activated yet. I've tried to contact them in every way possible. When I call, it says try back later because the mailbox is full. They haven't returned my emails and the live chat isn't even live. Worst customer service ever. I'm still waiting for them to respond so I can post my site.

After looking at the templates and features, I thought this would be perfect for what I wanted to create, and I had plans to buy more for other sites I am setting up but after about 5 days I have started to notice issues with the downtime which people have complained about, the llivehelp doesn't seem to work now. Is it me they are blocking to prevent assistance or is it an issue with their site. Will attempt again.

When the servers came back on-line, my admin and every other user I created has dissapeared and I can no longer log in. I deselected the option to integrate my users with their database of users so maybe when their server crashed, the option I selected has lost the data?

I don't know for sure, emailed gordon@ sales re the downtime and he said to use the on-line livehelp. I have just emaied him again this issue and will wait for a reply.

Personally, it is very expensive, as if u hosted these sort of files on your own server, would save you probably 11 of the 12 monthly charges u incur based on just their basic package.

But I can't see any other cheaper options to provide me with the templates with these sort of features to host on my own server and part of me wishes I now did.

I got no control over their downtime, and no control over my member list being messed up and I am now considering contacting paypal for a refund.

But tbh, I just wish I wasn't experiencing these issues with them as I found their template read easy to customise and think I done a good job on it so far.

But right now, I just feel like I have waisted days by going down this route.

Can anyone provide any better alternatives? Or can my issues get resolved?
